I've used Precision before for repair of a garage spring replacement. When a spring broke recently, I again gave them a call, primarily because of the lifetime warranty on the previous replacement. However I would have called them because of the excellent service in the past. I am glad to say that I continue to be pleased with the service they provide. Technician Adam Orozco did a great job with replacing the springs and door rollers. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more. Precision will always be my go to for future garage door issues.

Zach did a great job of taking time to educate me on the basics of ideal garage door function emphasizing the stress placed on various parts of the system and how to prolong the life of its parts and reduce the frequency for repairs.
