Our garage door stopped opening, and I called Precision at 6 PM one night. We scheduled time for the team to visit the next morning between 8-10 AM. Brian called right at 8 to see what timeframe worked best in that 2 hour window, and showed up right at the agreed time. He was pleasant & efficient, and I’ll definitely use Precision again.

Old cheap garage door didn't work one Sunday morning. Call Precision and had a technician at our home within 3 hours. James was super professional and explained what was wrong (cheap builder grade garage door opener). He installed a new opener on the spot which is light years better than the old one. James is the kind of employee I would want working in my business - he is an asset to your company!

Jesse was on-time, very polite and professional! He explained the entire repair and inspection process before starting. After his inspection, he explained what needed to be done and why these repairs were important to the safe operation of the garage door. Whole experience was good from the receptionist who set up my appointment to the Tech. Tech called in advance as promised, arrived 10 minutes before 2 hour window I was given, fixed the door in minutes and then tuned the door up. He was pleasant and efficient

We've been dealing with a 16 -year-old garage door opener that was loud and in the cold weather did not do it's primary function (open and closing the garage!) Anyway, after three months of fun playing "Will The Garage Door Opener Work Today?" game (LOL) - I finally called Precision. Cue this morning: I had an outpatient medical procedure and couldn't get my car out - luckily I had my son's iced-over vehicle to drive - that was around 10am when I returned home, so I called Precision and I spoke with a very nice lady, Karen, and she sent Garrett out. And he made judgement call that it's at end-of-life, gave me the options on a new opener and the best one for our family. By 1:50pm SAME DAY he was gone leaving behind a new & quiet - with an App and reliable garage door opener. Why did I wait so long? Honestly, my husband and I thought it would be some ordeal. NOPE. I would call Precision Door Service anyday. Garrett was great, Karen was caring and yeah A++++ Call these guys/gals!

Our double garage door was wedged in the opening and would not move up or down. It looked like an expensive total garage door replacement. Brian from Precision Door Service came to our rescue. He got the garage door closed, assessed the problem and offered some recommended courses of action. I chose to replace the drums/cables and rollers. Outstanding service! Marc arrived less than two hours after we called with an emergency repair request. He quickly and professionally replaced our broken spring and inspected and replaced 20 year old parts of our garage door system. I am very happy with the service Precision Overhead Garage Doors offered. The scheduling process was easy and they were able to come out right away. I also like the coupon that was offered although I forgot to use it. I recently purchased this house and the spring on our garage door broke. While it appeared to be working fine prior to this the 25 point inspection that was done at the beginning of the service call proved otherwise. It turns out it only had one spring as well as a bunch of low grade plastic parts that couldn't perform properly for the size of door. Marc and Jesse were able to quickly identify the issues and offered a few repair options that were very easy to understand. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease making the decision to go with the "Best" option of replacing all the components so we'll have a longer garage door life. I highly recommend using this company for your garage door needs. Thank you for your help!

Garrett and his trainee arrived earlier than scheduled for a spring repair. They did a full inspection and with my approval replaced all the rollers, bearings, pulleys and cables. The door is MUCH quieter now and repairs were completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who asks for references.

I called Precision Garage Door company because they advertise on their website that they install their lifetime warranted garage door springs. When their employees arrived, they said if I wanted those springs, I would have to have new garage doors and garage door openers installed. Their employees are 5 Star rated employees. They had to install lesser rated springs. At first only warranted for 3 years, then were able to give a 5-year warrantee after talking to the owner. Our garage doors are only 5 years old, and our garage door openers are only 6 months old. Their employees are not responsible for the company's website advertisement.
