Donovan Wygant came to my house to replace a garage door opener I lost. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, provided me with a new opener which he programed for me and then put my ladder up. We choose Precision Garage Door Service again when we began to experience intermittent trouble with the opener. We’ve had service from Precision before when we had a door spring break. Tech came out within an hour after I called on a Monday morning. Diagnosed the problem right away. I had 2 issues one of which I was aware of and that was some stripped bolts on one of the roller brackets. He fixed that and also noticed the opener was not tracking correctly so he adjusted the opener. Every time I've used Precision they've responded quickly and efficiently. Very happy with their service.
