This morning my wife returned from the garage and said she thought we had a problem since the garage door would go up a couple feet and reverse. We can't get the cars out if the garage door only goes up 2 feet. I tried to muscle it up further.I puled on the release chord. No way would it go higher, so I called Precision and they had someone out 3 hours later to replace the springs and bearings. The door works fine now. They also installed the garage door opener 3 years ago, and it still works like a charm.

This is the second time I have used Precision. I called them again because of their service. Bill was the tech that came out yesterday. When he found he was running behind, he called me to let me know… always appreciated. I got a new garage door pad and he was very patient with me as he taught me how to change the code and the differences in my new key pad. While he was here, he serviced my garage door and explained why he was doing what he was. He didn’t act like he was rushing or in a hurry to leave, he was going home from here. Thank you Bill and thank you Precision. I will be calling you again when I need service to my garage door.

Excellent service! Zach was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be replaced and repaired. He showed me the broken parts and did not upsell me anything that did not need to be replaced. He was friendly and completed the job promptly. I appreciate people who show up on time and complete a job that they commit to doing. He took the time to explain how the door should function safely and be properly maintained. One of the heavy coil springs failed suddenly, and we called Precision Garage Door for help. They arranged for one of their technicians to come out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with several options to improve door performance for our door which he said was in very good condition overall. His workmanship was excellent, and he had our door working perfectly in pretty short order!

We had a broken spring which another service had been unable to find a replacement for. Precision also did not have the exact replacement but they were able to find an alternate within an hour and did the replacement the same day. I was very happy with their efficient and timely service.

Adam did not communicate timing of installation. It had to be rescheduled 3 times. The office gave me3 different times. I know he had a personal problem but he could have called and not kept me waiting 2 days .

I chatted in a service/repair request yesterday. It was promptly answered by Mary. She gave me an appointment window of 10a-12p today. I got a call at 9:10 that a tech could be at my home in 10 minutes. I was also 10 minutes away so we met at 9:20. Bill met me and immediately started working on the issue. It turned out to be a simple reset of the remote and keypad but he gave me very clear instructions on what to do if it should happen next time. I wrote the instructions down and he had the door working in just a few minutes. It was almost like magic! And the best part is he didn't even charge me. I am very pleased with Precision. Very prompt. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Totally recommend

James and Precision are simply amazing. Our garage door spring broke on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come to our home the next day. James performed a complete inspection of the door and all of its components. He went through every option with me regarding the repair. James' attention to detail was amazing and he even made adjustments to the garage door opener. It is so quiet now after all of the repairs. I've used Precision before for repair of a garage spring replacement. When a spring broke recently, I again gave them a call, primarily because of the lifetime warranty on the previous replacement. However I would have called them because of the excellent service in the past. I am glad to say that I continue to be pleased with the service they provide. Technician Adam Orozco did a great job with replacing the springs and door rollers. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more. Precision will always be my go to for future garage door issues.
