Theresa took my call and accommodated our request to have the garage door repaired today. She was able to fit me in pretty quickly. Tom arrived at 12:30, informed me of my options and costs and quickly got to work. Tom was personable, knowledgeable and clearly was skilled in problem solving. We were planning to replace our garage doors and planned on going with another company. Because of my consistently positive experience, you all have sealed the deal. We would be interested in exploring garage door options with Precision. Thanks again for running a solid operation!

This company tried to up charge a repair on Springs!!! To bad he didn’t know I maintenance the garage fire every 3-5 years with a tune up!!! Don’t tell me the rollers need replacing after 3 years! You cost me $55 trip charge but $800 in up charges NOPE buyer beware and I fell for the YouTube video about other repair companies!!! UGH

I was so pleased with the help I received from Precision Door. Zack was so good. He was honest in his assessment of the problem. Unfortunately, the motor was dying. He helped me with trying to use the door a few times. Zack let me know what I needed to do.

We were very pleased with the service that we received from James. We called Precision Door because our garage was not closing properly. He was prompt and courteous. He reattached the driveshaft to the belt and I told him about a problem with the sun reflecting on the sensors. He took extra time to switch the sensor so the door would close during the peak sunlight.

I called early Saturday morning because my garage door wouldn’t open. Precision sent a tech within 2 hours, and my garage door was working again 30 minutes later. Great service! The tech was fast, and friendly, and only sold me what was needed (new springs). They gave me a three year warranty on the product, and honored a coupon found on the website. I will definitely use Precision anytime I have a garage door issue. Thanks Precision!
