This company tried to up charge a repair on Springs!!! To bad he didn’t know I maintenance the garage fire every 3-5 years with a tune up!!! Don’t tell me the rollers need replacing after 3 years! You cost me $55 trip charge but $800 in up charges NOPE buyer beware and I fell for the YouTube video about other repair companies!!! UGH

We were very pleased with the service that we received from James. We called Precision Door because our garage was not closing properly. He was prompt and courteous. He reattached the driveshaft to the belt and I told him about a problem with the sun reflecting on the sensors. He took extra time to switch the sensor so the door would close during the peak sunlight.

I called early Saturday morning because my garage door wouldn’t open. Precision sent a tech within 2 hours, and my garage door was working again 30 minutes later. Great service! The tech was fast, and friendly, and only sold me what was needed (new springs). They gave me a three year warranty on the product, and honored a coupon found on the website. Great service. Super kind and informative. A little on the expensive side. I paid $950.00 for 12 wheels, 2 springs, 2 drums, 2 hinges and spray grease with 90 minutes of labor for 2 technicians.
