I used Precision because of their warranty. Precision installed this opener in June 2024 and it had a 3 year warranty. In April, 2026 it failed and I called, they came the next day and replaced a defective mother board. The warranty covered it 100%. Ihad figured the warranty would be pro-rated over 3 years but I was wrong. Now this is how to run a business. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you!

Precision did it again for us! We had used them before years ago and the garage door had worked perfectly. The Precision garage door technician was sent out quickly and arrived in a timely fashion. He diagnosed the problem and had all the parts on his truck to make the repairs on the spot. The technician was competent and friendly and I could tell he was totally involved in his job by the way he used his tools, care and safety concerns. In about 90 minutes we had new springs, new cables, new rollers and the hinges were checked and tightened. The estimate was clearly explained an all questions answered.

Luke took care of both garage doors by replacing the rollers and cables and the doors are much quieter now. He also reset the entry keypad. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently.
