After calling a couple other garage-door places, who never got back to me, I remembered that Precision had fixed our springs some years ago and did a great job. I called them for a garage door that was only partially shutting and a fraying cable, and Luke came out the same day, took a look, gave me an estimate, and got the work done all in one fell swoop. The door works great now--new casters, lubricated, new cable, and it shuts all the way. The estimate was on point as well. Great service, extremely timely, and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Lukas asked what we needed, we wanted two springs above the garage door instead of one. He showed the ones that would work best for our garage door and opener. What it would cost and the cost of new rollers with ball hearings. We went ahead and had everything installed. The cost was fair and he did a great job. Appreciate him being up front and honest about everything . Would recommend your company.

I contacted PGDS for a tune up of my garage door opener and door, my experience with the crew and I am satisfied with the company response since I first called them to install the opener a few years ago. I have used Precision Door service for several years. Their response is always quick, even on weekends or holidays when garage door springs always seem to break. We have been lucky to have Zac, the technician, respond each time. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The last time I called, it was because the garage door would not go down. Zac arrived the next day and immediately saw the problem and fixed it within minutes. As a previous customer there was no charge for the simple fix that he performed. They will always have our business. The next garage door will be from Precision Door Service.

I saw a Precision commercial on 31 News. I requested a service call online and got a same day appointment. I got texts from the technician (Nick) 25 and 5 minutes out. He got me back in business within about 10 minutes. I guess my problem was trivial since I wasn't charged. He lubricated my door made some other adjustments. What a great experience! I will most definitely use Precision in the future.

Called the evening before when the cable lifting the garage snapped. They came out the next day and got everything fixed. Zac was professional and did an excellent job.! Doors work great and run much quieter. Used Precision on our last place and will be using them again when something old breaks.

What a great company! We had two garage door remotes that were not opening our LiftMaster garage door. James came and performed an inspection of our door and unit, tightened all the bolts and programmed both of the remotes. The price was so reasonable! James was friendly, extremely professional and explained everything well. We will definitely use Precision again and refer them to our friends!

We've been happy with all of the technicians from Precision GDS over the years. This time Nick serviced the door. He was very speedy, professional, full of knowledge and super polite. He answered all of my questions in a meaningful way. He also gave me written instructions for our door, showed me how to program the opener and a put up a sticker with Precision contact information. Couldn't be happier!

Made an appointment for my garage door that would only open halfway. If course as soon as I made the appointment the garage door started working properly. However, they still came out. I received a prompt phone call with a heads up and he even asked if I needed anything to drink from the gas station! He came and helped reset our keypad and taught me how to do it. I was expecting a tiny fee for them making the trip out but we weren't even charged anything! We will continue to use this company in the future!

Brian was able to determine the appropriate service repair based on the popping noises heard while opening the garage door. He also checked the spring force against weight of the door. He suggested and I accepted a new set of springs. My door is quiet again!
