I was really impressed by Jacob, my technician. He came to my house promptly and immediately assessed the problem. The quote was more than reasonable and he attacked the broken garage door. He had all of the proper tools that he needed and was done very quickly. We both went out and tested his work together. It was perfect. My garage door had never worked as effortlessly and quietly as it did after his repairs. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I will call them again if I need to, but I doubt I'll have any problems for a long time to come.

I liked the Better Business Bureau affiliation and the fact you were in Centennial. The call was answered promptly and the agent was courteous. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The repairman was very nice and did the repair quickly.

Awesome service. I called at 10am and Bill was there by 1:30pm. The door had not been serviced in 22 years and was in need of a serious tuneup. There was no pressure to buy a new door or a new opener. Bill took care of business and the door works the best that it ever has. These folks are the best!

I selected Precision because I got an immediate response from a real person who scheduled an appointment on the spot. The tech was very knowledgeable, experience and efficient. The gears in the door opener needed to be replaced which was done with parts that were available on the truck.

My garage door opener quit working with two of three cars locked inside. On July 2. Precision took my call over the holiday weekend, and after discussing price, I elected to wait until the following Tuesday, though the holiday upcharge was quite reasonable. The technician arrived at 8am and my vehicles were free by 10. I am confident that I paid for only what was needed, when it would have been easy to sell me more stuff. I hope I don't need garage door service again for a long time, but if I do, I'll be calling Precision.

After 12 years my garage doors were in need of a tune-up to address noise and adjustment issues. Just when you think "customer service" is a lost art, Precision reestablished my belief that the customer is valued and respected. My experience was VERY positive and educational. The technician ,Jacob was on time, polite, professional, and most of all experienced. I had a spring above my garage door break and Jacob explained each sequence to properly repair the problem. After watching Jacob preform his duties I am relived I did not atempt this repair myself. I will recomend Precision to all family and friends and to have them ask for Jacob!. I had a good experience with this company. They did not try to get me to spend extra money for things I didn't need. I was able to get a ball park figure for my broken spring from the representative on the phone. The price the technician quoted and charged me was what I expected based upon that ballpark figure. The service was fast and friendly, the price was competitive and my garage door is operating better and quieter than it did before the spring broke. I would definitely work with these people again.

Our garage door would not open unless you held down the control button. We had one company out that gave us what I thought was an outrageous quote, not to mention that the repairman seemed like a snake oil salesman. I then called Precision and spoke to Bill over the phone. His straightforward nature sold me on their services. The next day, a technician and trainee came out repair our garage door. They also fixed various other problems that were the result of shoddy builder installation. I believe that they were fair and honest in getting our garage door and opener in the best possible working condition. During each step, I was consulted and the problem and cost to repair were explained. I'd definitely use Precision again!

My garage door repair call turned into the need for an entirely new garage door (my door was 40 years old, unsafe, and unworkable). Our technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale us when it turned out we needed a new door. He was able to secure a door and install on the same day. He worked well into the evening to get the job done. Could not be more pleased with our experience. Wish these guys did more than garage doors to have the opportunity to work with them again (I expect this door will last another 40 years!!).
