I was in a scary situation as the door had locked in the open position leaving me somewhat unprotected from animals and other intruders. You gave me a same-day appointment and met it as agreed. Your representative was pleasant and got right to work, and it was done well and quickly. The charges were reasonable. My garage door broke on a Saturday and would not open. My daughter found Precision via Google. I called them - they offered to get someone out on that day between 4 and 6. I could not be home at that time so they scheduled me for Tuesday morning at my request. The time slot was 8 to 10. They were promptly there very shortly after 8. The Service tech was great, knowledgeable, did the job, educated me along the way (I know nothing about garage doors). He was polite, did good work, and left the space clean and organized after he finished. I would recommend this company to everyone!

As I was leaving my house to take my kids to school and go to work I exited my garage before the door was completely up. I hit the door very hard with my car and it completely bent the door and panels. Bill from precision came out and wrestled with the door for about two hours and ended up fixing it. I thought I would for sure have to replace the entire door but he was able to get the existing door back in place. Thank you so much for the money you saved me!!

Although my problem turned out to be minor, I was able to take care of all overdue maintenance along with additional needs during the service call. When I called at 9 am to schedule my repair I was given a window of 11 am -1 pm. At 12:00 I received a call from the technician saying it would be "closer to 3 pm". The technician arrived at 3:30 pm. Once he arrived, the technician Robert, was courteous and knowledgeable. He made the repairs necessary and pointed out some issues to watch for in the future. The door is working fine now.

I picked Precision from a list on the Internet of companies that indicated they serviced the Brighton, CO area. I called a few others first, but Precision was the first one that answered the phone. A technician, Tom Lathrop, was available to come out that same morning. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes; however, the door began to stick intermittently later that evening. I called again the next morning and Tom happened to be in the area and came right over. He made some adjustments and corrected the problem - at no charge! Now that is service!

Our spring broke on our garage door Friday night and we were unable to get out our car on Saturday. I called Precision at 8am and by 9am, Jake was on site and replaced the springs and wheels on our garage door. It works like brand new. Jake was professional, fast, made recommendations and did a great job in 45 minutes! All this and a discount! I would recommend them to anybody who needs their garage door fixed and the first place I will call if I should ever need garage door repair in the future.

Precision is great! We originally purchased our opener from them years ago and they were there when we needed them now.2 weeks ago I had to have my door spring replaced at 8:00pm on a week night! Tom was our service tech and he was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained everything to me and what the charges would be before any work was done. Then this past weekend my opener had to be replaced! Yikes! Again, Tom was our guy and everything was done to my total satisfaction.Truly 5 stars in my book.
