Our garage door had problems last Saturday morning upon which I called Precision. I was given a two hours time window of service for the same and and our technician Robert was able to come even earlier than anticipated. He was very professional and had the job completed very quickly. Precision is the only company that has done work on our doors since 2005 and we will definitely call them when need in the future. Great service folks!!!

Excellent job performed by Tom. Called in with a service need at 8am and was able to have job completely repared by 12:00. A few additional items were noted for needed service before future failure (bearings, wheels) and added to service repair for a reasonable price. Highly satisfied.

Beware this company they will quote one price then when they come out to your house try to charge triple the amount saying you need to place things that are not broken. It took him about 20 minutes to do the repair and my garage door only worked for two days after it was fixed. The technician complained about how far he had to drive to my house and how he was going to charge me more next time.

Your sticker was on the wall beside the control box. We are fairly new to this area and had no idea who to call - the scheduler was able to fit us into an open spot and the technician came that day. excellent service - he had the parts and was able to fix the rollers quickly. The very next day we had the same problem and he came and diagnosed the problem as a circuit board. Tom was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend your service

We had a neighbor getting something done to their garage door and asked for a card and called. They were very quick in getting a technician out to our house. I have to say that I really felt at ease when I received the email confirmation telling me what the techs name is and also a photo of the tech. The work was done well and in a timely manner. We were in real trouble with both of our cars stuck in our garage at 7:30 am with a broken spring on the double car garage door. I looked on the internet for a company advertising 24 hour service. Liked the looks of your site and called. In about 45 minuter a tech arrived and got our cars out of the garage. By mid afternoon the door springs were replaced and the door was working great. Your team did a great job. Thank you!

I actually had a fair amount of work done. I had the spring replaced. All of the rollers in the tracks on both sides were replaced, the gear mechanism on the main track was shot and had to be replaced and I had an outdoor remote installed. The installer was quite knowledgeable and did a good job at explaining the work which needed to be done. The service we received was top notch.
