Overall very good service. Technician was Rick. I do not know his last name. He was on time and efficient since I called for an emergency repair so I could get to work. Only complaint is that contrary to what the website indicated he was not in a marked vehicle nor in an identifying uniform. I would use you all again.

I originally found Precision in the Yellow Pages years ago when I wanted to install an automatic garage door opener. You have been servicing my garage door needs since. On this occasion an entire piece of spring had come off. Robert, the technician, recommended that all the mechanical parts for the door be replaced. He quoted me an estimate along with pointing out the five-year warranty. I agreed. He set to work and the job was completed in no time. I was impressed not only with the speed of the installation (I had a crowded schedule that day), but with the fact that he had everything needed with him to complete the job. Orginally Robert was just going to install 2 new springs and replace some bearings and such. After he had done all that, the old garage door opener was not performing well, so I asked if he had time to install a new one and just have it all done at once, even though we had not requested that at the start of our appointment. He said absolutely, he would make time to complete the whole job for us. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how courteous he was. He is a top notch technician. Thank you for a job very well done. We are very happy with the new opener and with Robert!

The technician showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. He had all the parts and tools necessary to fix the door on the spot and was done in all of an hour or so. That's service that can't be beat.

My garage door needed repair. I called Precision. They scheduled to come out the next morning. But within 10 minutes of my call, a technician called to say he could come by in the next 15 minutes. He came when he said, fixed the door, did not oversell me (he could have sold me extra cross pieces and i wouldn't have known, but he assured me one would be enough). Price was reasonable. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. And he had the parts right on the truck. I think these folks know what they're doing. I'd use them again.

I got a quote over the phone and then scheduled an appointment to have a single spring replaced on my garage door. When the Tom the tech arrived he pointed out that other parts were dangerously close to failing. After getting over the shock of the additional cost, I appreciated having the job done correctly and the service was excellent!

First repair was a spring replacement, 2nd was the kids disengaging the manual latch (no charge), and this time the sensors had to be replaced. I chose Precision based on the reviews I read and the fact that you have regular weekend hours. Other companies charge "emergency fees" for Saturday appointments. The person who took my call was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Rick, was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was also early!! He answered all of my questions and graciously accommodated our 6 year old son while he replaced our rollers and tuned up our old garage door. It's running like new now! From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Precision to all of my friends.

I had a bearing wear out on my opener and the chain was slipping - Tom was able to come out the next day and identify the problem and had the part on his truck and made the repair right then - this is second time I have had Tom and Precision out to do work for me (the two visits were not related)- I am quite please and would highly recommend

Coming home late in the evening our garage door spring broke after the door closed with both cars in the garage. We couldn't open the door to get our cars out. At that hour, Precision was one of the few with 24 hour live person answering personnel. I booked an appointment for 1rst thing in the morning and Rick was here right on time. Within an hour our situation was rectified with a couple of newly installed springs. (2 not 1)The price was a bit of a surprise as apparently we had been quoted pricing for replacing 1 spring instead of two. Despite that, great people!
