I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the employee that was at my house, but he was very honest and courteous. I assumed I would have to replace the door opener, but he stated that he could repair the chain and purchase of a new opener wasn't necessary at this time. 5 Stars.

Tom came to our house, listened to the explanation and fixed it in seconds. Just out of adjustment. And for that, there was no charge. I felt silly for not thinking of the adjustment but really appreciated the no charge. It seemed like a ol fashioned, small town attitude. I will call Precision for future repairs.

The service from Precision was on time, fast, and with excellent results. I will certainly call them again if needed, but with the excellent service I received I don't expect to need them again in the near future. Certainly a 5 star company.

I saw the reviews before calling for service. I was not disappointed. Tom arrived on time, had the parts needed in his truck and verified the estimate with me before proceeding. Very pleased with the service. I also asked for a verbal estimate for a new garage door and was surprised how reasonable it was. Thank you, Precision is now on my permanent list of service providers.

Robert was my service technician. From the first encounter to the end of job Robert was informative, courteous, and efficient. Robert clearly explained the issue, what he was going to do to fix it, showed me the defective materials and parts, explained my options and time frames to repair, and finally completed the repair and replacement within two days with no mess and a working garage door. I will be bringing more business to Precision in the next few months. Thanks for the quick response and great work.

I bought a condo in Boulder and could not get the garage door to open. Tom from Precision came out, fixed it in no time and was so fair on the price, I couldn't believe it. I will call them again if I ever have a problem!

Rick performed the repairs on our garage door. I accidentally back into our door knocking it off track and bending the frame. The weather was very cold and the door would not close. I called Rick and he was able to complete most of the repairs that same day, allowing us to close the door. Rick did and excellent job and any issues with our door in the future Rick will be the one I call. Thanks for a great job Rick.

Precision is the best! Our garage door froze shut this winter and we couldn't use it. Since our driveway is so steep, I called and needed same day service. They called the technician directly and he came out as soon as he could. And he was fast! He knew just what the problem was and fixed it in just a few minutes. Thank you!

I just want to say I normally will not write a review but this company was great! Let me just say Robert is amazing and very knowledgeable. I called three companies on a Saturday morning and Christine was the most helpful along with being very professionals. The other two companies did not even come close to her customer service! Would definitely recommend this company. Reasonable prices/great service and very knowledgeable/same day service. Thanks for your excellent service Robert!

I called Precision because I had a good experience with them several years ago. The same man arrived on time and made the repair promptly, replacing a part in the opener. I am very happy with the service.

5 stars. We called with an emergency and Precision responded almost immediately and the tech they sent, fixed the door in about 20 minutes. He was an expert at his trade and was most courteous.
