Tom established very quickly what the problem was with our old garage door opener. Clearly explained the issue, what it would cost to replace the component and the pros and cons of parts replacement on such an old opener versus simply installing a new one. He did an excellent job installing the new opener, was efficient, cleaned up his work area and effectively explained the new components. Definitely recommend Tom and Precision.

Our garage door got out of level, and a cable came loose. Called a couple of other garage door companies to fix but was told it would be the next day. Called Precision at 9 am and by noon that same day, they had a serviceman out to repair. He was on time and had the door repaired within 15 minutes. Great Service...would absolutely recommend.

This company is the best!! My garage spring broke around 7:30 pm and my car was stuck in the garage and of course I needed it for work the next morning, oh and I forgot to mention that my husband was out of town at the time. I called precision and they sent a technician, Jake, over within an hour. Jake got me all fixed up and also made sure that my garage door was total safe. Fabulous service. Unfortunately I don't recall the gentleman's name who came but he called to see if he could come earlier than anticipated - which meant I didn't have to stay home all day and could get to other errands. Called last minute on a wed nite and got a call back first thing in AM. sent out a tech and the job was finished in 30min. I had Precision repair a spring on my garage about 4.5 year ago, the technician suggested I get the lifetime warranty. I bought the warranty and about 4.5 years later the spring broke again. I called Precision and told them what happened, they sent out Tom and he had it fixed and working again right away and there was no charge. I had Precision replace a broken spring about 4 years ago and was completely satisfied with the same day response and service provided. Recently the door had gotten out of adjustment to the point where a cable had come off the pulley with my vehicle stuck in the garage. It is a heavy insulated door and no way I could open it. I called Precision and Bill responded that morning sooner than expected. He fully explained the problem and the work he was performing, and had it working like new in a short time. As previously, it is obvious these folks know their business. Precision provides great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I received a call at 9 am and Rick was at my door at noon. I was provided my options and decided on a new opener that was installed by 2.
