I originally purchased 3 AAA Member Deals (I have 3 garage doors) to have the metal rollers on my garage doors replaced with nylon rollers. Upon inspection of my garage doors, Ben found that my most-used garage door had under-sized springs (installed during a prior service call with another company) installed that were causing wear and tear to the door and the garage door opener itself. Ben replaced those springs (for an additional charge) with the proper-sized springs and replaced the metal rollers with new nylon rollers on all three doors as per my AAA Members Deal. Ben was very knowledgeable and courteous and my three garage doors are operating more smoothly and quietly now than they have in quite some time.

Just as I had read before from another reviewer, Precision called me when they had a cancellation, so they were able to come a day earlier than the appointed date. Even the original appointment date was only a 2 day wait, but they literally came the day after I called them. The repaired the broken sprocket and looked over the entire garage door system and offered advice on future needs without being pushy. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them.

Robert came out to help us this on both days. Some construction workers removing drywall broke some of the sensor wireing so he was able to get it fixed. Two days later as they were installing the new drywall they messed it up some more. Robert cut into his schedule and installed new wiring and sensers and we kept the drywall guys away from them. Robert is very good at his work and a great guy. 5 Star rating.
