I was having some issues with my garage door not closing unless I held the remote button down. I found Precison on the internet, notic d the 5 star rating and scheduled an appointment. I received a call from one of their team, he said prior to him coming out he would like to run me through some troubleshooting, it turns out that one of my safety sensors was out of alignment and door is functions as it should be. This could have easily been a 5 minute service call, but instead saved me both time and money. I will use and recommend Precison for all future garage door needs.

I read comments from other customers and that gave me confidence that your company would do a good job. Tom was thorough, and explained a potential hazard if the garage door wasn't repaired. He also installed a garage door opener which I badly needed. He was very pleasant and efficient. was able to come earlier than scheduled. I was greatly satisfied with his work.

After the appointment was booked, the service center asked if the technician could come earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I told them yes and changed plans to accommodate the technician's early arrival; however the technician did not arrive until the end of the originally scheduled appointment window. I told the technician that the door abruptly stopped working when the sensors were bumped while cleaning the garage; the technician said that the problem could be the sensors, but did not investigate further; he looked at the age of the opener and said that the problem with the door was likely a failed mother board because of the opener's age. He said that we needed a new opener, and that Precision did not sell the type of opener that we would need. He did not perform any additional servicing to the garage door that was promised in the original quote for service, but did provide a bill and left with payment. A different company was called. The second company determined that the garage door sensors were damaged and the source of the problem. This company diagnosed the problem, replaced the sensors, and lubricated the rollers and chain for less money than Precision's service charge where they performed no service. The door has been working well for several weeks since being serviced by the second company.

I made an appointment to have my broken spring replaced and Dale and Bobby came out on a Sunday and fixed my springs and replaced the rollers. Dale and Bobby were great to deal with and I am telling everyone about them. They told me what I needed to fix and how much it was going to cost before they did anything. When they were done the door never worked so good and sounded so quiet. Thanks again guys you rock!!!

Five Star. The primary garage door spring broke and we were not able to get the cars out in the morning for work. I called Precision and they immediately scheduled a repair and actually got here earlier than planned. They did the replacement in less than an hour. Cited a couple of additional things to consider but no high pressure sales. Worked out great. I had reviewed Precision videos on Youtube before calling so I was able to guess what was wrong (the spring break became obvious after watching the video and looking at the inside of the door). I checked their ratings. Then called the local number. Efficient from scheduling to work completion. Good luck in the future Precision.

Garage door spring broke on a Sunday stranding vehicles inside a very heavy door. Called Precision Monday Morning scheduled an appointment for repair. Tom arrived earlier than the appointment and had the springs replaced and door tuned in no time. Very Happy with Toms professional service.

I checked the BBB and found that Precision was rated very high. A bonus was that they could send a technician out the same day to repair my garage door. The tech, Dale, was on time and explained clearly what was causing the shaking, the shuddering, and the noise, and he didn't let the age of the door put him off. He told me how it could be fixed, I agreed with his recommendations, and he fixed the door on the spot. It operates quietly and smoothly, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Another bonus, Dale was very personable.

I appreciate the courtesy and quick service of Precision. My appointment was scheduled between 4-6 pm (the same day I requested service), and I received a phone call around 2:00pm to let me know they were short staffed, but this tech (Bill) was about 15 minutes away. He was wondering if he could come by early. I, of course, was happy to have him come out sooner. He was polite, informative and had my mom's garage door working again in no time. I was searching the internet for the best deals (because my mom is on limited income) and Precision was by far the best! We had a broken track for our garage door. We called Precision and they were at our house within two hours and fixed the problem very quickly. Service was excellent and everyone was very professional and courteous. Will be using this company in the future with any garage good issues!
