Robert was great! He installed the new rollers and also adjusted the chain because it was not set correctly and was causing a lot of pull on our motor. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely call you again if we have any other problems.

I backed into my garage door, then my husband tried his hand at fixing it...which only made it worse. The door wouldn't go down and we were leaving town the next day. I called at 9 am on a aturday morning, and Tom called to say he'd be there between 9:45 and 10! He got there just before 10 am and fixed the door in less than 30 minutes. He was very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. The price was lots lower than I thought it would be. All in all, we were very pleased with the service.

I placed the appointment. Great customer service. Excellent communication with appointment time and arrival time. Very punctual. I wasn't present when the service tech arrived, but my wife was. My wife told me the tech was professional and repaired our tension spring and cables quickly and efficiently. She said he didn't try selling her any equipment and services other than what was needed to fix the problem at hand. I also found that Precision's rates beat 3 other local competitors. Great rates and excellent service-can't beat a better package. Thanks for the professional customer service! We look forward to using Precision for our future needs.

Came home from a trip to find that the garage door spring snapped. Not only were they able to come out to the house within 2 hours, they did a multi point inspection to ensure everything was in good working order. I will use them again and highly recommend their service. VERY GOOD

When my garage door fell and wouldn't reopen, my car was trapped in my garage. Tom arrived in less than an hour after my phone call and quickly and expertly repaired the opener, adjusted my springs, and installed new rollers. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Tom came out to look at our garage door because it would not open or close. We found out that there was nothing wrong with the door, it just had to be reset. Tom helped us reset the door, and didn't charge us anything for the service call. He was also friendly, courteous, and honest. Outstanding experience!

Precision was out to repair our garage door openers in December. I'm just now getting around to doing a review - Another company installed three doors with openers. The openers never worked right. The original installers came out two times to try to fix the problem - unsuccessfully. Precision came out and worked on all three doors. We haven't had another problem. Professional excellent service. I highly recommend them!

Precision was able to come out within a matter of hours of calling them when we had a spring break first thing in the morning.
