Greg did an outstanding job 'tuning-up' our garage door. Before he worked on the door, it was noisy and had gaps between the sections. After he was finished, the door was no longer noisy and no more gaps! Since the door is 19 years old, I thought we might have to replace it, but thanks to Greg we don't have to. If we have any other garage door issues, we will definitely call Precision.

Great service, sent email giving heads up who was coming. Tech called offering to come earlier than scheduled, quickly assessed damage and gave options for repair or replace. Left home with one broken garage door, another one needing some material repair - came home to all new garage door openers with new keypad that even had our existing code on it. Would recommend.

I backed into my garage door, then my husband tried his hand at fixing it...which only made it worse. The door wouldn't go down and we were leaving town the next day. I called at 9 am on a aturday morning, and Tom called to say he'd be there between 9:45 and 10! He got there just before 10 am and fixed the door in less than 30 minutes. He was very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. The price was lots lower than I thought it would be. All in all, we were very pleased with the service.

My wife told me the tech was professional and repaired our tension spring and cables quickly and efficiently. She said he didn't try selling her any equipment and services other than what was needed to fix the problem at hand. I also found that Precision's rates beat 3 other local competitors.
