I had another Garage company called to fix an opener problem. Called Sat eve, made an appt for Sun at 10am. By 1:00 pm they were still unable to get to me. I cancelled with them and called Precision. They responded with an appt choice for what was good for me. I asked for an evening on Monday. Greg called at 9:00 am and said he was in the area - would I like him to come by. Amazing!!! all done. I've got their # and will be the only one I call. Thanks Greg.

I called at 10:30 am and was given a same day appt window of 2-4 pm. Then technician Greg called about 40 minutes later and said he was in the area. He was at my door in less than an hour after my original call. Diagnosed the problem quickly, went to get the part and it was all fixed by 1:30. Greg was a very nice guy and I enjoyed dealing with him. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know! Thank you for the excellent service!

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday on a 3 day holiday weekend. Precision was at my house at 8:00 a.m Tuesday morning to fix it. They were done with the repair before I got a call back from other repair places I had called that weekend. Service was great.

Two garage door hinges broke this Monday morning! Couldn't get service from other places for 2-3 days. Precision scheduled us for 3-5 that afternoon. But a tech was in the area around 11:00 a.m., and took the initiative fit us in at 11:30. Done in 15 minutes. No babysitting an open garage for the rest of the day! GOOD, quick service at a reasonable fee.

I needed a minor adjustment on my garage door but it prevented the door from closing properly. I was impressed that the person answering the phone walked me through several steps over the phone to try and fix the problem so I wouldn't have to pay for service. As I live alone, they made every effort to fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible. After Bill made the adjustment to my opener, he stayed long enough to give it a minor tune-up to prevent future problems. All this for the trip charge. I was very pleased--have used Precision Door Service in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
