Call on a Monday and was told a Technician could be out the next day. Our appointment was scheduled in the time frame of 4-6pm. Tom Lathrop our tech. called at 1:45 said he could do it at 2. Came right away and did a great job. Very informative and getting the job done right. We are so happy that our garage door is working properly like it should when he was done. Great Job Precision!!

I called Precision when my garage door wouldn't open on Saturday morning. They were able to provide a repair window that was within 2 hours of my call. On the phone they asked if an earlier time came available would that be acceptable and I let them know it would be. Within 20 minutes I received a call from Tom stating he could be at my house within 10 minutes. Tom arrived promptly and finished the replacement of the spring and bearings quickly allowing me to get on with my day.

I called webnesday mourning the appointment was for 8:00 am Thursday. Bill called about noon. To make this a short story short Tom came out about 2:45 and had my door repaired and working. Before he started he give me a price on replacing both springs I said Ok. When he got it apart you could see wear on the shaft it needed bearings. He installed two springs and bearings adjusted & lubed everything works great. All done same day Great Service. You could see Tom had experience knew what he was doing

The technician was prompt and professional and efficient. Tom Gave me information i needed. 2 points of concern. He did not wear ar ask if booties needed to be worn while in my home. This is becoming the industry standard now. Also while having to use my front door. While he was going in and out he kept leaving the front door open.

We woke up this morning to a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Garage Door at 8:52 and made an appointment for a technician to come out between 10 and noon, with the caveat that if the tech could get here earlier that would be great too. Tom called me at 9:10 a.m. saying he would be here between 9:30 and 9:45. He showed up at 9:40 and not even an hour later, the door is fixed plus he replaced some parts that were either recalled or damaged. Tom was pleasant, professional and informative, and the price was VERY reasonable. I am beyond impressed with Precision's expertise and customer service!! I wholeheartedly recommend this company. We purchased a new garage door and controller in 2010 from a different company. In the past few years, we have had Precision come out to perform maintenance and repair, having found them on the internet. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. This time, our remote controller was working inconsistently despite a new battery. Bobby from Precision arrived right on time, and after eliminating the variables that might be causing the problem (not wanting to sell us something we didn't need), he determined that we needed a new Liftmaster opener and controllers. He thoroughly tested the new equipment (as did I, from my car), and we are very pleased.
