Mr. Tom Lathrop installed a new garage opener. He called before arriving and arrived within a few minutes of his estimated arrival time. Not only did he install the opener but he also adjusted the tension springs and repaired the attaching rod to the door which had been damaged. Tom lubricated all hinges and cleaned up and removed the scrap parts. He was finished in less that an hour. Great job.

Five Stars for sure! Excellent service, extremely polite and efficient serviceman, was at my home on time (confirmed by phone 10 minutes before arriving), and the price was right. My garage door was fixed with a new part in no time at all. It is the second time they come to repair one of my garage doors and both times, I was extremely pleased with the service. Don’t use these guys. They come out, overcharge, leave parts and leave your door worse than they found it. My spring was replaced but now the door gaps on the side, occasionally pops, and sometimes refuses to close going up over and over. I emailed and called to complain, nobody cares. I was told the owner would call, he didn’t, I’ve had the problems unresolved since February
