I woke up on a Saturday morning to discover a broken spring on my garage door, I called the last garage door company that serviced my account and was greeted by a voicemail message stating WE ARE CLOSED ! I searched on Google and found Precision Garage Door, I called them and was greeted by a pleasant service representative who delighted me by telling me there was an opening for a same day visit ! YEAH ! My service technician Bobby is a ROCK STAR ! he called me in advance of his arrival was polite, punctual and efficient clearly explaining my options and charges ! It was an overall excellent experience and I highly recommend Precision as your go to company !

Zac was my Tech. I called because the previous owner of the unit I purchased has somehow ripped the emergency release handle out of the trolley and jammed back in to make it look like it was functional. The home inspector did not find that...but that is another story. I called Precision because they had a location very close to my address. They said they could come right over, but I was out of town so they worked around my schedule. Zac arrived when he said he would and had what we thought were the correct parts. Unfortunately it was the shorter model but he did go back to the store and get the correct one within 20 minutes. Zac was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He did a basic service on my garage door and pointed out some issues that may that to pop us since the door and opener are almost 10 years old, but no pressure to do it right then and there. When i need to have future service done on my garage door Precision will be the first people I call and I will ask for Zac to come and do the work.

Our garage door opener died, due to a burned out controller circuit board. We called Precision, because they had serviced our garage door before. The tech, Bill, came out to our house in less than an hour. After diagnosing the problem, he had to call around to find a replacement circuit board. He installed the board the following morning. While inspecting the door, he found that the lift cables were frayed, so he replaced those as well. Less than 24 hours from initial call to service completed. Pretty good, Precision!

I had one of the springs break on my garage door, and I called Precision. I've used them before and had great service. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, Tom came out and took care of it quickly. He does good work, and checks the entire system out every time. Problem solved with no headaches. The service I received was great!! He was actually a little early which was awesome and was able to fix our garage door in about 15 minuets! He was very professional and upfront with what it may cost to have the door replaced if he couldn't get it back in line. Highly recommended!

I was so impressed how quickly Precision came out and repaired my garage door. The main spring popped and broke the night before and I could even get my garage do open....I called them at 7:30 am the very next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. They installed a new spring and some additional rollers etc....that was needed. Thanks Precision, you have earned my respect.

Greg showed up 10 minute early (good), and gave a couple of options with the prices. He said it would take about 45 minutes. 45 minutes later the work and the overview were complete. It did cost a little more than I expected, but it was a job well done (correctly).

I work in the real estate industry. The garage door broke 1 hour before the final walk through the night before closing. Mind you it was Sunday. I called and they had someone there within an hour. I asked him to work as fast as he could and he got an entire brand new system installed right before the buyers came to walk through the home!!! This company worked on my personal residence and that's how I had their number but I can guarantee they're my new go to for real estate and everything! I'll be telling the 400 other agents in my company as well as everyone I know. They saved my deal which I am double ending (representing both buyer and seller). The service man Robert Rubesne happened to be in a place not far from my house. So he came to my house 1 day ahead of my appointment. After I showed him the problem, he fixed in 15 sec. The cause of the problem was a loose wire in the photo eye that prevented the garage door from shutting down completely. He was so nice that he did not charge for his service. It normally costs $65 without $15 discount.
