Friendly prompt same day service for garage door repair. We had a broken spring that was preventing the garage door from opening. Tyler pointed out some other broken and worn parts for repair. He was easy too work with and did a great job. The door opens smoothly and much quieter now.

Thank goodness!! The springs broke, I couldn't get my car in/out and was leaving the next day. James came out on a Sunday, and got in taken care of right away and helped me understand what he was doing. My garage door broken on Saturday and I couldn't leave that way all weekend. I Googled garage door repair and Precision Garage Door came up. I called and the person that answered the phone (sorry I don't remember her name) was very nice and helpful. She told me that they could get someone out to me between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. I received a call at about 20 minutes to 12:00 from Bobby stating he was on his way. Bobby arrived and looked over my door problem, I asked him if he could fix it. And he stated yes, he gave the prices for his service(very reasonable) and started working. I took him right around an hour to complete the job. He had me test the door and it worked perfect. I will call them again with any of my garage needs.

This is a total rip if you have a Wayne Dalton door and mechanism. They come with no warning of the fact that they do not work on Wayne Dalton. If your door is up and won’t shut you are at their mercy.

I waited until Monday to call for repair of my garage door opener. 24x7 access is incredible, and I called at 7 a.m. on Monday. Technician available the same day, and he arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes. AND, did not charge me, as the issue was mostly owner-error!

I had the technician come out to fix the opener (it was not working correctly). He was able to do that but unfortunately, found repairs needed on the door. It was more than I was planning on spending, however, he gave me 3 different options and costs for repair and was able to complete the work in a timely manner.

Tom arrived a couple of hours after our first call to install a new garage door opener. He took only about an hour to install the new unit along with an external key pad. Very courteous, efficient, and answered all our questions. I clicked on the 5-Star icon but didn't see any change so I hope that part of my review is received.
