Zac was on time and quickly figured out the problem with my garage door system. He explained what the issue was and why it had happened. He was friendly and courteous. I like that Precision Door Service sends an email in advance, telling you who is going to arrive and even sending a photo of the technician. The service call price was reasonable. I will certainly call Precision Door again!

Called around 2:30 on a Saturday as the flimsy hardware on my garage door had broken causing a panel to disengage. They were there in the two hour window they gave me and put some sturdy hardware on all the hinged parts of the door. All done by 6:15. Very personable and professional and they use quality parts. Won't call anyone else in the future.

Bobby showed up right on time to repair our Garage doors that were off track and broken. He was such a gentleman and very thorough and worked hard repairing what he could and letting me know before replacing all other parts that could not be fixed. We have used your service prior to today’s call. I had made several calls to your competitors trying to get assistance with our non working garage door opener. My wife told me that we had used your service in the past and gave me your phone number. I called and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Within 1 hour your technician called me to discuss the issues. He said he could get to our house within 15 minutes. I called one day and was able to book an appointment for the same week on the day and time I wanted. Tyler called to say he was on his way and showed up at the beginning of the window. I needed my garage door repaired and he did a great job. It works perfectly and quietly now. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. Great customer service as well as great technical service.

When I called I was able to get a service call for the next day, but then they called back and were able to come the same day and arrived within a couple hours of my phone call. Tyler was nice and explained and showed me everything and fixed my garage door within an hour. The service was excellent. A time before this they came out and did a quick fix to the garage door eyes, they weren't lining up, and they didn't charge us. They are very nice.

Precision replaced my garage door springs 11 years ago. No other springs have lasted even a third that long. Three hours after I called Precision the job was completed.

My garage door had some serious issues...wouldn't open all the way and was making an awful noise so I called Precision Door Service. I called in the morning and they came out the same day (within 3 hours). I was given a 2 hour window and the technician showed up within that time. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and FAST. It turned out that it had a broken spring and hadn't been serviced in 17 years (my fault) so James Rubesne was my hero and gave it a complete overhaul and was done in no time. Thank you Precision & James!

I don't remember why I chose Precision initially, but I do know that as long as Bill remains with Precision, I will be using them and recommending them . What a nice, knowledgeable, and helpful guy! Can't say enough about how patient, pleasant and accommodating this man has been whenever I have a questions about my garage door. Bill rode his bike over on a Saturday to install an outdoor opener on his first visit, then returned a year or so later to re-code it after I had messed it up. Living alone and not being at all mechanically savvy, I am forced to rely on people who have these "gifts" and then just hope they are honest. He's got it all! THANK YOU!

Hi, Ben, The original door was a Precision installed door, so we inherited the info when we bought the house. For me...the professionalism and courtesy of the tech stood out. Plus he drove from Estes in a blinding snow storm keeping me informed as to his time of arrival. He installed spring, gears etc since the bearings were shot. All good! What great customer service called up at 8:00 am and explained my issues with my garage door and someone was here at 11:30 am in the middle of a snow storm and repaired my garage door it does not get any better than that.....

After driving out of the garage I couldn't close the door. After coming back an hour later, I tried to figure out what the problem was. I couldn,t find anything so looked up garage door repair on-line and found Precision listed with good ratings. Zac came out and looked it over and found the problem, it needed a new motor. He had brought with him the whole assembly which was like mine and had it installed in about an hour. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. I could not believe it was done so quick. Also, the office staff was great in taking care of my needs so quickly and professionally.
