My garage door broke (Rollers got out) just as I was leaving for work, of course, couple of days after a blizzard! I checked online and the first company I got was Precision Door Service so I checked the reviews and decided to call at 8:30a.m. and Theresa answered immediately and set up the appointment between 10:00-12noon, but 15 mins later I  got a phone call from Tom Lathrop (my technician) saying he will be at my house at 9:15am and he did, only 45 mins after calling. Tom was extremely nice, prompt, very professional, he diagnosed the issues quickly and was very informative upfront in regards to the cost (new rollers, spring and cables) he fixed my garage in 60 mins and gave me 3 years guarantee. I very highly recommend them! Thank you Tom, Theresa and all Precision staff!

He came on time and fix the door. He said the springs were about to brake and other parts did not past the test.I ask about replacement parts and said the door was to old no parts The panel on the door is not in good. The door need to be replaced. This cost me $140.00 and the door might brake or would not open or get stuck open replacement $1000.00 along that line. Ater he fix it and then said the stuff about might not work dd not leave me with good feeling

Not impressed very expensive for a 20min service. Guy who came out took a total of 20minutes to do repair. Hard pressed me on coils replacement when I told him we had them replaced 1year and a half ago. When I handed him your website $15 off coupon he said that it doesn’t apply because that’s for parts when it clearly says $15 off garage door repair.

Two door openers had failed. One was mechanical - part failure; the other was the remote control. I saw an article/ad listing many complements for Precision’s outstanding treatment of customers and service. They were able to come the next morning. They replaced the “failed” unit and fixed the remote control issue in an amazing short time. As advertised - amazing service, excellent price.

Zac was on time and quickly figured out the problem with my garage door system. He explained what the issue was and why it had happened. He was friendly and courteous. I like that Precision Door Service sends an email in advance, telling you who is going to arrive and even sending a photo of the technician. The service call price was reasonable. I will certainly call Precision Door again!

Called around 2:30 on a Saturday as the flimsy hardware on my garage door had broken causing a panel to disengage. They were there in the two hour window they gave me and put some sturdy hardware on all the hinged parts of the door. All done by 6:15. Very personable and professional and they use quality parts. Won't call anyone else in the future.

I called one day and was able to book an appointment for the same week on the day and time I wanted. Tyler called to say he was on his way and showed up at the beginning of the window. When I called I was able to get a service call for the next day, but then they called back and were able to come the same day and arrived within a couple hours of my phone call. Tyler was nice and explained and showed me everything and fixed my garage door within an hour. The service was excellent. A time before this they came out and did a quick fix to the garage door eyes, they weren't lining up, and they didn't charge us. They are very nice.

My garage door had some serious issues...wouldn't open all the way and was making an awful noise so I called Precision Door Service. I called in the morning and they came out the same day (within 3 hours). I was given a 2 hour window and the technician showed up within that time. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and FAST. It turned out that it had a broken spring and hadn't been serviced in 17 years (my fault) so James Rubesne was my hero and gave it a complete overhaul and was done in no time. I don't remember why I chose Precision initially, but I do know that as long as Bill remains with Precision, I will be using them and recommending them . What a nice, knowledgeable, and helpful guy! Can't say enough about how patient, pleasant and accommodating this man has been whenever I have a questions about my garage door. Bill rode his bike over on a Saturday to install an outdoor opener on his first visit, then returned a year or so later to re-code it after I had messed it up. Living alone and not being at all mechanically savvy, I am forced to rely on people who have these "gifts" and then just hope they are honest. He's got it all! THANK YOU!

Hi, Ben, The original door was a Precision installed door, so we inherited the info when we bought the house. For me...the professionalism and courtesy of the tech stood out. Plus he drove from Estes in a blinding snow storm keeping me informed as to his time of arrival. He installed spring, gears etc since the bearings were shot. All good! After driving out of the garage I couldn't close the door. After coming back an hour later, I tried to figure out what the problem was. I couldn,t find anything so looked up garage door repair on-line and found Precision listed with good ratings. Zac came out and looked it over and found the problem, it needed a new motor. He had brought with him the whole assembly which was like mine and had it installed in about an hour. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. I could not believe it was done so quick. Also, the office staff was great in taking care of my needs so quickly and professionally.
