From the moment I called they were helpful and professional. They answered my question and were patient with my questions. Bobby was at our house within the time window that I chose, and he had our door fixed completely in about an hour. My wife and I had a very positive experience with Bobby Rubesne. Bobby was friendly, courteous, and informative about our broken torsion spring problem. Giving us several options, we just chose to replace the spring and ATL center bearing - as the other parts were still serviceable, even though about 25 years old. He said t he repairs would take about 30 minutes, but was hrough in about 15-20 minutes. He called before showing up as requested so I could put up our show dogs, giving us enough time as we our in our 70s and crippled.

This was the second repair I had done with precision. Zac is THE best, he takes the time to diagnose the problem and offer several solutions. I was ripped off by a competitor in 2016 ($983 for garage door springs only!). In the last two weeks I had a full garage door replacement on my house and called him back for a tune up on my Mother-in-laws garage door, pricing was very fair, service by Zac is second to none. I would highly recommend. A+++

We were very pleased with the repair to our garage door. The repairman Zach was very professional and extremely polite. It opens very quietly now compared to what it had been. He replaced several rollers and springs and other things and I will say it was all done much faster than I expected. I had a broken spring. Zac came over, and was friendly, and did a great job. He also showed me why I needed both end and center bearings. I agreed, and also had him install rollers (I had already replaced 2). He was very professional, and fast. He also checked the hinges, and tightened some. The only part which I was disappointed in was when I called, the person who took the call, gave me a slightly different price. It would be nice if I could just get an estimate first! But I don't think anyone does this without charging for the service call. It ended up costing $850., but Zac also made sure that I got a few discounts. As I said-Zac was terrific. And, the garage door works great, and is actually quieter.

It is frustrating when the garage door breaks and your car is stuck inside. These folks were wonderful, professional and fixed it the same day. I'd call them again if I needed to.

Bobby Rubesne was very knowledgeable and professional in the way that he had to "clean-up" another garage door companies mess that they left me. (Of course it was out of the other companies warranty period) I didn't want another mess so I contacted Precision and Bobby fixed everything by installing the correct springs that the other company failed to do. Re-balanced and adjusted as needed. Thanks, much appreciated. I would recommend Precision to others that I know who may need garage door work done!

Tom was the best. The reviews on this website are correct, he was 15 minutes early for the appointment window, called ahead and was very polite and professional. He gave me options to consider before hand, and once I decided to replace the garage door opener and balance the door he was done in about an hour. My door is much more quiet, and the new system has a lot more features than the old model. I appreciate the great service.

My 30 year old garage door finally gave out so I called Precision and Zac came out to assess the situation. He gave me the facts about my old door and I decided to replace it. Zac helped me pick the door that fit my needs and we set up a time for him to come and replace the door. He called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointed time and arrived ready to go to work. Zac is a pro and went right to work. He finished the job in the amount of time that he estimated and everything was cleaned up including the old door and the rails and springs.
