Bobby Rubesne was very knowledgeable and professional in the way that he had to "clean-up" another garage door companies mess that they left me. (Of course it was out of the other companies warranty period) I didn't want another mess so I contacted Precision and Bobby fixed everything by installing the correct springs that the other company failed to do. Re-balanced and adjusted as needed. Thanks, much appreciated. I would recommend Precision to others that I know who may need garage door work done!

Tom was the best. The reviews on this website are correct, he was 15 minutes early for the appointment window, called ahead and was very polite and professional. He gave me options to consider before hand, and once I decided to replace the garage door opener and balance the door he was done in about an hour. My door is much more quiet, and the new system has a lot more features than the old model. I appreciate the great service.

My 30 year old garage door finally gave out so I called Precision and Zac came out to assess the situation. He gave me the facts about my old door and I decided to replace it. Zac helped me pick the door that fit my needs and we set up a time for him to come and replace the door. He called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointed time and arrived ready to go to work. Zac is a pro and went right to work. He finished the job in the amount of time that he estimated and everything was cleaned up including the old door and the rails and springs. I am completely satisfied with the new door and the the work involved in installing it. I highly recommend Precision and Zac. George Austin

Not only did the repairman repair my broken door, it now works and sounds better that it ever did when it was installed new 4 years ago. He quoted me a price prior to the work and was amenable to additional service on my other door. He was in and out in 30 minutes and did an exceptional job. I would recommend them without reservation. Simple process from same day scheduling to completion of the repair!

Would someone please contact me? I was grossly overcharged for repair of my garage door and want a manager to review the invoice with me. On top of being charged $900 + for spring and roller replacement, which after talking to another garage door company, should have only cost at most $300, my credit card was charged twice for that amount and I had to call to have the second charge removed.

Forgot the rear door of my car was still open and closed the garage door down on it, causing a cable to unravel and a top section to fall off the tracks. Called on a Sunday morning at 9:30am, was offered a timeframe between 12:00-2:00. James called at 12:30, and was to my house within 15 minutes. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, saw immediately what needed to be done. In addition, he went over and above to make a couple other adjustments which I didn’t even realize were needed....all at a very reasonable price. Thank you for your reputable service!
