I had two older openers that needed replaced. It started of very good and i was very happy until the end when the tech said it wasn't his or their job to help connect the internet, cars or the remotes. I was happy to pay $2400, but can't believe that's what the owners expect. I'm not going to give you a low score because doubt this is reflective of the company. The tech did rushingly help connect my phone.

Tom was very efficient in finding that problem and communicate that of the door could only be fixed by the manufacturing company. However, he left the door working and to my surprise, he did not charge for it. I admired Tome honesty and customer service qualities. He provide advise for free, which is something you do not see this days often. I just recommended him to my daughter who is also experiencing problems with her garage door. Nino

Thoroughly impressed with Precision and our technician, Tom. We broke the drive gear off of our old garage door opener and called Precision since they'd done some work for my father a few years back. Best call I could have made IMO. They came out the same day I called and Tom gave me the option of fixing the existing opener or replacing it. As it was an older opener, and chain drive, I opted to go ahead and replace the existing one. While Tom was working, I asked if he happened to have another opener with him since our other garage door also had an older model chain drive opener. It just so happened that he did, so I had him swap both out so that we're starting new again. Tom was done installing BOTH openers in about an hour, programmed the remotes, had me program the key pad and walked me through setting up the HomeLink stuff in our vehicles. Definitely a fantastic experience.

One of the hinges was broken so I called Precision to schedule service. Not only was the repair tech, Tom Lathrop able to come out the same day, he arrived early as per his phone call to alert me. Upon inspection, he gave me an estimate, fixed the hinge, replaced fraying cables and was done in no time. I will recommend this company to neighbors and will use them again if needed.

Precision Door was great! We had a broken spring and they were able to give me a quote on the phone and come out the same day. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Really appreciate that the pricing was the same as quoted. Have had experience with other companies that tell you a different price when they show up and just want to try and sell you a new door. Our technician was very honest about what we needed to replace and even tuned up the rest of our door. Definitely recommend them!

I called to make an appointment and Precision sent a serviceman the next day! Unfortunately, on our new home (built in 2015), they installed the Wayne Dalton Torque Master spring mechanism and it failed after only 3.5 years. Tim was unable to repair that but suggested a better longterm solution - to install a torsion spring system. He had all the supplies ready to go right there on the spot. While the repair cost was much higher than I expected, I am hopeful that this will last much longer than the Wayne Dalton and future repairs much more manageable.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Bobby Rubesne. Bobby was friendly, courteous, and informative about our broken torsion spring problem. Giving us several options, we just chose to replace the spring and ATL center bearing - as the other parts were still serviceable, even though about 25 years old. He said t he repairs would take about 30 minutes, but was hrough in about 15-20 minutes. He called before showing up as requested so I could put up our show dogs, giving us enough time as we our in our 70s and crippled.

This was the second repair I had done with precision. Zac is THE best, he takes the time to diagnose the problem and offer several solutions. I was ripped off by a competitor in 2016 ($983 for garage door springs only!). In the last two weeks I had a full garage door replacement on my house and called him back for a tune up on my Mother-in-laws garage door, pricing was very fair, service by Zac is second to none. I would highly recommend. A+++
