Tom arrived a couple of hours after our first call to install a new garage door opener. He took only about an hour to install the new unit along with an external key pad. Very courteous, efficient, and answered all our questions. I clicked on the 5-Star icon but didn't see any change so I hope that part of my review is received.

Zac, did a good job of reviewing my door problem. He then reviewed what could be done from a repair stand point. We decided to replaces the opener. He was quick and efficient with the repair. Mr. Tom Lathrop installed a new garage opener. He called before arriving and arrived within a few minutes of his estimated arrival time. Not only did he install the opener but he also adjusted the tension springs and repaired the attaching rod to the door which had been damaged. Tom lubricated all hinges and cleaned up and removed the scrap parts. He was finished in less that an hour. Great job.

Don’t use these guys. They come out, overcharge, leave parts and leave your door worse than they found it. My spring was replaced but now the door gaps on the side, occasionally pops, and sometimes refuses to close going up over and over. I emailed and called to complain, nobody cares. I was told the owner would call, he didn’t, I’ve had the problems unresolved since February
