I've used Precision before for repair of a garage spring replacement. When a spring broke recently, I again gave them a call, primarily because of the lifetime warranty on the previous replacement. However I would have called them because of the excellent service in the past. I am glad to say that I continue to be pleased with the service they provide. Technician Adam Orozco did a great job with replacing the springs and door rollers. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more. Precision will always be my go to for future garage door issues.

Called in the morning with a garage door problem and Zac was out within a few hours. Needed to totally fix everything related to door. Didn’t have all parts available but said he would have them later in afternoon. Returned about 4:30 with parts and worked on door until 7:00 (on a Friday night).
