I first called other highly recommended garage door services who people in our HOA promoted. The earliest I could get a service tech out was four days out. I found Precision and they had a service tech here in 90 minutes, and he was gone in an hour. New opener, programmed remotes and key pad. Cleaned up everything and took away the old stuff. Tom was an enjoyable person to converse with while he worked too. He even took time and explained the differences in some other brand/model openers improving my confidence in the same brand I had, albeit 23 yrs old.

Called Precision because my former garage door company couldn't get it together to schedule servicing. Precision was very friendly and workable. Came out the next day. The serviceman, Bobby showed up on time. He was very professional, and gave me clear options to fix the door. I called Precision because the very old spring on my manual garage door snapped. I was amazed that within 1.5 hours a tech was at my door. The technician who came out was Bobby Rubesne. He was super informative and honest. He explained all the details of the spring repair with cost and gave me information on an automatic system. He definitely made me feel better and more informed. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make my manual door automatic instead. He was able to do the repair right away and within a few hours I had a new (safer) spring system and an automatic door. After 4 years of using the manual door I am so incredibly happy to just push a button to open my garage. I highly recommend Precision and Bobby because I feel like they were quick, efficient and honest.

James and Precision are simply amazing. Our garage door spring broke on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come to our home the next day. James performed a complete inspection of the door and all of its components. He went through every option with me regarding the repair. James' attention to detail was amazing and he even made adjustments to the garage door opener. It is so quiet now after all of the repairs. Our tech was amazing and so very helpful. I am so sorry that I don't remember his name....but he's from Miami. (Please thank him for us.) He called to see if he could arrive early. We happily said 'yes'. Our garage door went 'wonky' and would only go up a little bit. Both of our remote openers went 'wonky', too. He did exceptional work in a short amount of time. The fee for service was a great value. Will absolutely use this company again for our garage door needs.

WOW, I just got robbed. I've been using this company for about 12 years. Service in the passed was reasonable and good work, no complaints. So just had a spring brake which was covered under the 5 year warranty. James came out and during inspection he found that the center spring being ($69), the garage end bearing set ($199), the end drums ($199), nylon roller wheels ($199), needed replacement. Now knowing any better I agreed to a $600 bill. Curious, I decided to look up all the parts replaced on Amazon, 2 drums ($13), roller wheels set ($13), 2 end bearing plates ($11), and steel bearing for the springs ($8) for a grand total of $45. I feel like a total idiot but I had no idea what the parts cost, the mark up for parts was a complete rip off. Buyer be ware. Never Again.

With a loud “snap” at seven in the morning, we discovered our overhead garage door would not open and our cars were trapped inside on a Saturday. We called Precision and got a hold of a live person on the second ring. After providing information, we received a call from the technician Don should said he was on his way. Don diagnosed the problem, completed the repair, then serviced the door in less than 45 minutes. The entire process was very smooth and professional, and the total cost was amazingly reasonable. We are extremely satisfied with Precision and feel fortunate to now have them as a permanent resource. We very highly recommend Precision to all who may read this. Thank You!!!
