I chose your company because one of your guys was at our home last year and the guy was really great and fixed the problem, sorry i don't remember his name. Today Jim came over and fixed our problem and again really nice guy. Based on my experience you have my business when i need garage door help and i will recommend your company to any of my friends who need garage door help. Based on two experiences you get 5 stars.

Hopefully your technician took the time to do the 25 point safety inspection and explain what was needed to fix your door properly. The work we did was a complete conversion and overhaul of your door, replacing a Wayne Dalton torquemaster system with a traditional torsion spring system.This will enable any certified garage door company and technician to service and maintain your door in the future. I'm 70 years old, arthritic, and not as spry or independent as I used to be. I don't think about that when I have a contractor come in to install something, like a new garage door opener. So, when I sat down to fill out the warranty registration (thanks to the installer who reminded me to do that when he handed me the brochure), I was dismayed to realize I didn't have the serial number. I searched the brochure for a hint as to where I could find the serial number and, sure enough, it's up on the opener. I have a ladder, so it's not impossible to climb up there and read it--if I put on my bifocal glasses and tilt my head back to read the small print, or if I use my binoculars. I just wish Tom the Installer had just taken the time to write the serial number down for me when he was up there installing it. When you pay over $700 for something, you tend to expect a little more service.

Excellent service. I called at 10:00 a.m. this morning and Precision had a tech out at 2:00 p.m. the same day, with all the parts needed for a complete job. Don, our service tech, did an outstanding job explaining everything to us and immediately proceeded to install our new opener. I have already mounted the Precision Door Service sticker on our garage door for the next time we need service. I highly recommend this company.

Great service...for the second time! Super fast! Tom was here within two hours of calling, and fixed my garage quickly. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because of price. It cost $700 for two springs and two bearings. Would be nice if you waived the service fee if the bill is over $500 or something. Just a thought. We are glad to have our garage working perfectly. Even though it can be pricey, I would still recommend Precision for sure, based on customer service, and how quickly you came out.

Zac was efficient, friendly, masked and promptly assessed our garage problem. Besides the obvious broken spring, he was able to show us where there was also additional wearing of the bearings and rollers. All was fixed in a very timely manner.

Tom did an excellent job. He very quickly identified the problem with my garage door. He ordered the parts in Denver, drove to Denver to collect the parts and was back at my house within an hour and 30 minutes. Once back he worked extremely efficiently, he obviously knew exactly what he was doing. The garage door was repaired and working within an hour. He also serviced the door and cleaned up. He was very polite and a pleasure to have working at our house. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Last Sunday the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision and by the end of the day I had an appointment for a Monday repair. Tom arrived Monday as planned and promptly repaired my garage door. This may seem ordinary, but I am a high-risk individual who has been in stay-at-home mode for six weeks. Tom was fantastic. He wore mask and gloves and did his best in my crowded garage to maintain social distance. It was, beyond doubt, a five-star performance. Thank you, Tom. Thank you, Precision.
