We were very pleased with the service that we received from James. We called Precision Door because our garage was not closing properly. He was prompt and courteous. He reattached the driveshaft to the belt and I told him about a problem with the sun reflecting on the sensors. He took extra time to switch the sensor so the door would close during the peak sunlight.

Zach and Precision did a major fix in October, about 3 months ago. Today I woke up to find my garage door open, tilted and not working...I think my 16 year old had something to do with that. Anyway Ben the owner called personally told me this shouldn't wait, moved up my appointment and about an hour later Zack was here, made the repair, and as it was within the warranty period, I was not charged. Gotta love that kind of customer service that is so rare these days!

Precision was very professional from the first call to the technician arriving on time. Donnovan was the technician and did an excellent job for us. One spring on the garage door broke the night before and I contacted Precision shortly after 7am. They were out and had it fixed same day by about 9:30am.

I called early Saturday morning because my garage door wouldn’t open. Precision sent a tech within 2 hours, and my garage door was working again 30 minutes later. Great service! The tech was fast, and friendly, and only sold me what was needed (new springs). They gave me a three year warranty on the product, and honored a coupon found on the website. I will definitely use Precision anytime I have a garage door issue. Thanks Precision!

We have used Precision for 5 years. They always respond immediately and have someone here the next day. Tom has been our service man each time we've needed something replaced. It's nice to have such continuity. Tom does excellent work, very efficient and is personable on top of it! Almost feels like we are friends. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Our garage door spring broke on Sunday @ 10:30 am. We called Precision door service informing them both cars were stuck inside with no way to open door. They had a appt for Monday 8 am . We were happy, than Bill called and said they could be there Sunday @2:30. Donavan showed up on time , was professional and had the door working in about 90 min.
