Our garage door springs broke in the beginning of the weekends frigid cold snap, trapping one of our cars inside and Precise was here the next day. Nick was great, he did a thorough inspection of the entire system and gave us a great explanation of what happened and what needed fixing. He was gracious enough to fix everything in about an hour in the cold, we are so appreciative of his work!

I was introduced to Precision Garage Door years ago. I have had a good experience with installation of new doors and opening systems. I always call them for routine maintenance. We are very happy with our first experience with technician, Luke Wilson. He was very efficient and thorough. He took the time to explain the problems (there were many). His work was complete in 2 hours. We were thinking it would take much longer. And the outside temperature was frigid so we were anxious to have the repairs done in order to close the garage door.

My most recent service call was to reset my outdoor keypad when I pressed the wrong button and got accidentally disabled it. But I have had many products and types of maintenance services. Precision Door installed my garage door openers when my old garage openers wore out. I am continually impressed at how superior this company is in every way to the previous one. The service is personal from the first phone call (to Angela), in the sense that they recognize my account and treat me in a friendly and concerned way. We were VERY surprised to be able to book an appointment window that started 20 minutes after making the appointment online…on a Sunday, no less! Nick did a FANTASTIC job diagnosing, explaining what was needed and why, and then fully repairing our garage door. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for better service, and now our garage door quietly opens and closes like new!

Precision did a major overhaul of the garage door about 3 years ago; today's visit was a maintenance visit. The door needed some screws/bolts tightened or replaced. All good. Zack the tech was great - it was he who did the overhaul and it was good to see the continuity of techs at Precision.

On 12/20/2025 overhead garage spring we broken, i called some places and told high prices and could not fix Monday or later . Called PRECISION AND GOT AN APPOINTMENT FOT SUNDAY THE NEXT DAY between 8 and 10 in the morn ing. At 8;30 am. JAMES arrived at 9;00am with tools and ready to go to work and wearing work clothes. He was polite , courteous and looked everything over and gave me an estimate of the work. The spring was broken and door would go up all the way. JAMES DID EXCELLENT WORK , i had question and he explained in detail all of the work that he was doingg. He did a great job and professional . I being a senior citizen got SENIOR CITZEN DISCOUNT. HE WAS VERY GOOD AT SHOWING ME SOME OTHER ISSUES , so could make good choice. Very knowledgeable, neat, and excellent communication skills. I TOLD MY NEIGHBOR THE GREAT WORK THAT JAMES WITH PRECISION DID.

We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for probably over 20 years and have always been very satisfied. Their service has consistently been prompt, courteous, professional, and at a very reasonable price. Our most recent experience involved repairing a damaged bottom corner of the garage door and replacing the steel cables. Our garage door is now 25 years old but our repairman, Lucas, was able to repair the corner and the door works just fine! In addition, this service request was actually placed on Christmas Day and Lucas was able to come out and do the repair the next day - greatly appreciated!

I had just settled down for a long winters nap - when out in my garage there arose such a clatter, the spring on the door had snapped like the mad hatter. Precision was called and then in the morning appearing lively and quick James Rubesne, almost St Nick. He queried and checked and as dry leaves before the wild hurricane fly addressed all my issues with a twinkle in his eye. Now no one likes these kinds of issues let alone around the holidays but James was perhaps one of the best service technicians I have had in my home in a long time. He should get a handsome bonus this year for his knowledge, courtesy, and willingness to accommodate the little extras (that no one does anymore). So yes we will call Precision garage door service again and can only hope that James Rubesne will be our technician. He is a class act and a true professional.

Repeat customer of Precision as they replaced our garage door 2 years ago. With such great service, I reached out to them to replace our garage door opener that stopped working. I called on Monday and made appointment for the next day. Zac, my service consultant, quickly identified the issue and made the recommendation on what new opener unit I would need. Zac had the opener and the other required hardware to remove the old unit and install the new one in a very short amount of time. Zac was completely professional and very friendly and very efficient in getting the work done. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Responsive, honest and fair prices. In today's world, this is hard to come by. You can sometimes get one, possibly two, of these with other service providers, but Precision hits this trifecta every time I've used them. Zach was just out diagnosing a problem and fixed it within the one-hour service call timeframe. No upselling, no trying to "find" other problems. Just honest business done the right way. The service techs were great. Very friendly. However, I told them we only need a basic garage door opener. They said they now all come with all the bells and whistles. I doubt that is the case. So now we have an opener with battery back-up and a camera at a very high price.
