Garrett and his trainee arrived earlier than scheduled for a spring repair. They did a full inspection and with my approval replaced all the rollers, bearings, pulleys and cables. Donovan and Mark were amazing. They arrived early for my service with bright smiling faces. They went through and explained the initial inspection and once completed explained, in detail, what was needed for repair. The team went over and beyond to ensure everything was in tack and working up to standards. During the inspection we were informed that we needed a new motor as well. So that was also replaced. Once the repair was complete they explain again, in detail, what was completed and how the new motor operates. My husband and I are very happy with the results! I called Precision Garage Door company because they advertise on their website that they install their lifetime warranted garage door springs. When their employees arrived, they said if I wanted those springs, I would have to have new garage doors and garage door openers installed. Their employees are 5 Star rated employees. They had to install lesser rated springs. At first only warranted for 3 years, then were able to give a 5-year warrantee after talking to the owner. Our garage doors are only 5 years old, and our garage door openers are only 6 months old. Their employees are not responsible for the company's website advertisement.

Completely satisfied with my transaction with this company - Called on a Saturday morning, thinking I would have to wait until sometime the following week for someone to check on my non-functioning garage door opener, but to my surprise they said someone could come out that afternoon - Well, Tom did, and in about one minute found the problem, but the old 21 year unit was non-repairable - and, he didn't have the parts with him - But, Monday afternoon he was back, and within an hour the new unit was installed, tested and operable = As mentioned above, completely satisfied - the cost was reasonable, and the timeliness of the repair was remarkable - So, very pleased - Byron

Garage door repair. Technicians were very responsible and great customer service. A little pricey but was well worth the piece of mind knowing it was repaired so it won’t fall again. I just wish they could have installed the new opener I purchased while they were here.

In short, I would call Zac the guru of garage doors! He diagnosed my problems (note problems plural) very quickly - the door and hardware is over 20 years old. And I was surprised he could repair my door on the spot. It took him less than 2 hours and all is working well. I highly recommend Zac and Precision.

Donovan was actually a little early and called to see if that was OK. When he arrived, He was friendly, courteous and very thorough. The issue was assessed quickly, and all necessary parts were on the truck. Donovan went "above and beyond." and did a superb job. As a former aircraft mechanic, I can appreciate his expertise, workmanship and attention to detail. All in all, a great job by an excellent technician and all-around great guy!!

We have a 1000 lb wooden garage door that had multiple issues and was stuck closed with my husband's car held "hostage" inside. We called Precision and Zac came out right away to evaluate. With his schedule tight, he still managed to get all the needed custom parts and show up in 24 hrs to install new parts-(springs, rollers, cables, etc) and free our car. We feel so fortunate that Zac was our technician. Zac is clearly knowledgeable, Intense about his work, skillful creative, professional reliable-and.. an all around really nice guy. I was extremely pleased with all of our interactions and a job well done!

My garage door opener had some issues after a previous install by subcontractor that did not take place properly. After that experience, I decided to call in the real professionals, which happened to be Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The service call was scheduled for the next day but they were able to send the technician, Tom, out the same day. Tom did an excellent job! He was quite professional, efficient, and courteous all at the same time. The repair cost was much less than I had anticipated and quality work was performed.
