It was the first cold morning of the year. Tried to open garage door but a spring had broken. I remembered the ads on tv and called Precision immediately. An appointment was setup for 10 o’clock. Jessie was there early and diagnosed the situation quickly. We were able to get the door up to get a car out so he would have a clear work area. He gave me the estimate and repaired the door quickly. Jessie was very polite and professional. He represents the company well. I would call Precision Garage Door again. Thanks for everything.

Incredible service. Outstanding. I used the website on a Sunday, had a live chat with a “person”. Set up the appointment for that day, technician arrive early and replaced the garage door opener. This was immensely valuable to me as I needed a quick replacement. That was REAL quick.

My husband and I were thrilled by the service Precision Door Service provided. Our older garage door was instilled during the 90's and was in bad shape. Jesse was the technician who worked on my garage door today. His previous appointment finished early so he called and asked, very politely and almost apologizing, if he could come early. I had been warned that my opener was on its last leg so I wasn’t surprised that it needed to be replaced, and it died as I opened the door to let Jesse in. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Jesse took the old opener & all the packaging with him, left my garage spotless, and I’m so very pleased

My key pad quit working and James came out and installed new one.. He was effiencent knowledgeable and explained everything. He checked everything concerning the garage door mechanism. We had Precision install new openers when we first moved into this house and everything works great. One of the pushbutton controlers was not working well now, after 6 years, so Bill replaced that for us. He als recommended and performed some regular maintenance on the lifters, hinges, etc. and now everything works like new again. Great job, and we feel ready for winter.
