Same day service was great so I didn’t have to have an open garage door at night. They gave a 2 hour window and sent a picture of the technician. The price was reasonable. The technician was efficient and friendly. It took less than an hour. The phone receptionist was nice and helpful. It was a stress free repair.

First of all, Precision has a professionally looking website. Of course, I read the reviews for customers in my area and was pleased with those. Short answer to my satisfaction - I couldn't be more pleased! Tom was on time and immediately determined that my (only) four year old Genie crap opener had a failed component in the circuit board related to the limits setting. I asked him to replace both of my openers with the excellent Liftmaster 1/2HP belt drive openers. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Tom installed everything needed for both openers, programmed the remotes and the Homelink in my car. Tom is knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. I highly recommend both Tom and Precision!!

Great service. My technician was Don, he diagnosed the issue quickly and made immediate repairs. This was the second call to Precision and they will be our "go to" for any future garage door problems. Highly recommend.

Everything was 5 stars other than receiving an email from Ben, the owner, who I couldn't reach via email (it was a no-reply address), just a request for my feedback. Disappointed that I couldn't reply to him before doing the survey. Tom (Service Tech) was amazing! He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Gave me an option for repair or replacement. I chose replacement. My unit was old and was obviously on it's last leg. I got the one with WiFi and app and probably shouldn't have. I'm a bit techno-lame and all that stuff is SO challenging for me. I was brave and went out to my garage following all the prompts but am unsuccessful in setting up the WiFi. So, it looks like I have the quietest garage door and opener in the neighborhood but just don't have access to the WiFi technology that I obviously paid for. Let me reiterate, I am completely satisfied with the amazing quality of product, the professionalism of Tom, the replacement of the worn out rollers and the confidence that I won't walk out one morning to go to work and not be able to access my car. Would highly recommend! Just don't opt for the WiFi if you're techno-lame like me! ;-)

We can’t say anything except all good about Prestige. We called them late evening on Fri. night and they had crew out first thing Sat. morning on time. Issue was correctly assessed in a few minutes and fixed in less than an hour. While we actually thought we had called a local company, called Prestige by mistake but are extremely happy we got them instead. I will use them again if needed and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a garage door repair company.

Tom was great. We had two cars trapped in the garage so Tom came out the same day we called. The main things that needed to be replaced were the springs and the cables. Tom did a complete overhaul and got us working again in no time. It's so nice when you get an experienced technician.

Tom just came by as scheduled, despite horrible weather that included heavy snow and temperatures in the teens. It was a simple fix -- new wiring needed to the sensors. With my car still in my single-car garage, Tom made the repair in about 15 minutes, no muss, no fuss. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Precision.

Bad bearings, broken springs and frayed cables - all replaced and door adjusted in less than 45 minutes. One can ask for nothing more.

After fixing a broken spring and replacing rollers and cables, our door started making scraping noises. Tom came back and found that our springs were sagging and rubbing on the rod, making the noise. Tom figured out a way to use some strapping to hold up the springs and this fixed the problem. Definitely a MacGyver - like solution. Much appreciated.

Tom was very efficient in finding that problem and communicate that of the door could only be fixed by the manufacturing company. However, he left the door working and to my surprise, he did not charge for it. I admired Tome honesty and customer service qualities. Thoroughly impressed with Precision and our technician, Tom. We broke the drive gear off of our old garage door opener and called Precision since they'd done some work for my father a few years back. Best call I could have made IMO. They came out the same day I called and Tom gave me the option of fixing the existing opener or replacing it. As it was an older opener, and chain drive, I opted to go ahead and replace the existing one. While Tom was working, I asked if he happened to have another opener with him since our other garage door also had an older model chain drive opener. It just so happened that he did, so I had him swap both out so that we're starting new again. Tom was done installing BOTH openers in about an hour, programmed the remotes, had me program the key pad and walked me through setting up the HomeLink stuff in our vehicles. Definitely a fantastic experience.
