I had a good experience with this company. They did not try to get me to spend extra money for things I didn't need. I was able to get a ball park figure for my broken spring from the representative on the phone. The price the technician quoted and charged me was what I expected based upon that ballpark figure. The service was fast and friendly, the price was competitive and my garage door is operating better and quieter than it did before the spring broke. I would definitely work with these people again.

I wanted a local company and I found Precision on line. I called on a Tuesday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next Saturday at 8:00 a.m. The service tech was at my house at exactly 8:00 a.m. He gave me the cost right up front and did a quick and efficient job. I will recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

I hired Precision Garage Door from a Google search on behalf of my Mom. Her garage door would not open at all and had stopped functioning. I had asked the receptionist to have the tech call before arriving, which Bill did, confirming his plan of action when he got there. Upon arrival, my Mom indicated he was friendly, dressed professionally, knowledgeable and respectful. He called me to discuss repair options. Honestly, it's always a gamble when selecting a company without a personal referral - but I can say without hesitation - this company met and exceeded my expectation of service and knowledge.
