Bill was friendly and arrived one day earlier than I expected a service technician. It was a snow day and so we were home and he stopped on his way home because we were close to his residence. Great customer service! He fixed the spring and didn't try to up-sell me on other services, just simply recommended other up-keep to think about. I will certainly use Precision Door again and recommend them to neighbors.

The repair was quick, efficient, and effective. The technician was helpful, friendly, and honest; he helped me to know what to look for and how to keep my door working properly. Wasn't happy to have a broken garage door - but happy to find Precision online. I do not have a flexible or easy schedule to work with - and my door was fixed within 4 hours of calling Precision! Reasonably priced and Bill was great - explained what broke, what was fixed and frankly it was working better when he left than it has for the four years I've lived here! Thank you!

My garage door fell off the tracks last night. I called this morning to see if I could get someone out for repairs. Within two hours, Bill met me at my house in Castle Pines. He had the door repaired, significantly better than before it came off the tracks, in about an hour. Price very reasonable. I am very happy with the service.

I am very happy to write a review as I just received amazing support and service from Bill Nashwinter. A storm was blowing in and there was no way I could pick a door and have it put up in an hour. So, he brought out his equipment and put a band aid on my door until the storm blew over and I could address the problem. Thank you so much for your kindness and help.

Excellent one day service. Technician (Bill) arrived within the allocated time window and promptly completed the job. Old door was oiled, lubed and tightened plus broken parts replace on opener. All parts were on the truck. Door sounds and operates like a new one. Thanks Bill and entire Precision team.

He gave me the estimated charge and completed the repair in a timely fashion. My garage door now opens and closes smoothly and with less noise. As I was leaving my house to take my kids to school and go to work I exited my garage before the door was completely up. I hit the door very hard with my car and it completely bent the door and panels. Bill from precision came out and wrestled with the door for about two hours and ended up fixing it. I thought I would for sure have to replace the entire door but he was able to get the existing door back in place. Thank you so much for the money you saved me!!

Awesome service. I called at 10am and Bill was there by 1:30pm. The door had not been serviced in 22 years and was in need of a serious tuneup. There was no pressure to buy a new door or a new opener. Bill took care of business and the door works the best that it ever has. These folks are the best!
