My garage door fell off the tracks last night. I called this morning to see if I could get someone out for repairs. Within two hours, Bill met me at my house in Castle Pines. He had the door repaired, significantly better than before it came off the tracks, in about an hour. Price very reasonable. I am very happy with the service.

I am very happy to write a review as I just received amazing support and service from Bill Nashwinter. A storm was blowing in and there was no way I could pick a door and have it put up in an hour. So, he brought out his equipment and put a band aid on my door until the storm blew over and I could address the problem. Thank you so much for your kindness and help.

Excellent one day service. Technician (Bill) arrived within the allocated time window and promptly completed the job. Old door was oiled, lubed and tightened plus broken parts replace on opener. All parts were on the truck. Door sounds and operates like a new one. Thanks Bill and entire Precision team.

I received very prompt and efficient service from Bill. He was courteous and quickly analyzed the problem as to why the door was not opening all the way. He gave me the estimated charge and completed the repair in a timely fashion. My garage door now opens and closes smoothly and with less noise. As I was leaving my house to take my kids to school and go to work I exited my garage before the door was completely up. I hit the door very hard with my car and it completely bent the door and panels. Bill from precision came out and wrestled with the door for about two hours and ended up fixing it. I thought I would for sure have to replace the entire door but he was able to get the existing door back in place. Thank you so much for the money you saved me!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the service call made to my house. Although my problem turned out to be minor, I was able to take care of all overdue maintenance along with additional needs during the service call. Awesome service. I called at 10am and Bill was there by 1:30pm. The door had not been serviced in 22 years and was in need of a serious tuneup. There was no pressure to buy a new door or a new opener. Bill took care of business and the door works the best that it ever has. These folks are the best!

I had a good experience with this company. They did not try to get me to spend extra money for things I didn't need. I was able to get a ball park figure for my broken spring from the representative on the phone. The price the technician quoted and charged me was what I expected based upon that ballpark figure. The service was fast and friendly, the price was competitive and my garage door is operating better and quieter than it did before the spring broke. I would definitely work with these people again.

I wanted a local company and I found Precision on line. I called on a Tuesday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next Saturday at 8:00 a.m. The service tech was at my house at exactly 8:00 a.m. He gave me the cost right up front and did a quick and efficient job. I hired Precision Garage Door from a Google search on behalf of my Mom. Her garage door would not open at all and had stopped functioning. I had asked the receptionist to have the tech call before arriving, which Bill did, confirming his plan of action when he got there. Upon arrival, my Mom indicated he was friendly, dressed professionally, knowledgeable and respectful. He called me to discuss repair options. Honestly, it's always a gamble when selecting a company without a personal referral - but I can say without hesitation - this company met and exceeded my expectation of service and knowledge.
