Precision Door was unable to deliver the appropriate Parts in order to replace the side Weather Stripping on the Garage Door and also the Weather Stripping at the bottom of the door.

Tom, Thanks for expressing your garage door needs. As we explained when we arrived to service your door, you have a door with a specific bottom retainer that is exclusive to the brand. Unfortunately to have that replaced you need to work directly with them as they will not enable Precision Door to purchase their parts. The side molding / weather stripping we can replace but it was decided by you that you would first research having the bottom retainer replaced by the original company and have them also replace the side molding. As we could not accommodate your needs we waived our service fee / trip charge and did not charge you any fees. If you have garage door problems in the future Precision Door hopes you will consider our service. Best regards, Bill

Called on Thursday, 10/4/12, for a broken spring on my garage door. By Friday morning Bill Nashwinter arrived to repair the spring. He did a complete inspection and found some other issues that needed attention, bearings and new roller wheels. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. Very pleased with the work and quick response. I highly recommend them. Thanks Bill

I was referred to your company by my Son-in-Law, Mike Danner. I was informed by Bill when he got here that your company doesn't work on Overhead Garage Door Openers, however, he thought he would be able to fix it since he wouldn't need any parts. He was very kind and courteous, however, the door opener has broken again. I guess I will have to go to the expense of having the Overhead Garage Door people come out and fix it afterall.

This is the third or fourth time I have used Precision. As usual, he explained what the problem was and actually showed me the problem. He came out with in 2 hours of my call which was great as I could not get my car out. Since it was a significant problem and charge, he waved the service call charge.

Bill was friendly and arrived one day earlier than I expected a service technician. It was a snow day and so we were home and he stopped on his way home because we were close to his residence. Great customer service! He fixed the spring and didn't try to up-sell me on other services, just simply recommended other up-keep to think about.
