Fabulous service. Unfortunately I don't recall the gentleman's name who came but he called to see if he could come earlier than anticipated - which meant I didn't have to stay home all day and could get to other errands. We were in real trouble with both of our cars stuck in our garage at 7:30 am with a broken spring on the double car garage door. I looked on the internet for a company advertising 24 hour service. Liked the looks of your site and called. In about 45 minuter a tech arrived and got our cars out of the garage. By mid afternoon the door springs were replaced and the door was working great. Your team did a great job. Thank you!

After leaving several messages with the original installation company (which by the way has never returned any of the calls), I realized I had to find another company to help me with the repairs. I googled some different places and wanted to make sure I had one with a BBB rating, one that could repair the same day, and one that was local. I called and thought their service call price was fair, as well as services offered. I was more than pleased with the outcome and will only call Precision in the future.

My appointment was for Monday morning but there was a scheduling conflict. Bill came over the day before which was a Sunday to do the repair. We really appreciated him coming over the day before rather than rescheduling for the following Wednesday. He was very professional and nice as always. Frankly there was a sticker in the garage near the light switch with your company name. This prompted my calling your organization. Bill came out and immediately impressed us with his honesty. I cannot describe how pleased I am with Precision's service and professionalism. I received same-day service, was clearly informed of the two hour window the technician would be arriving, and was greatly pleased with Bill's service. He clearly stated the problem, gave an accurate quote to fix it, had all of the necessary parts in his truck, and completed his repairs in record time. He even changed a light bulb in the opener and programmed my new car for my opener without charging for his time and extra effort. I will definitely be calling Precision the next time I have any garage door needs!
