I had a spring break on my garage door and was leaving town the next day. Of course, this added an element of urgency to the repair, as my family uses the garage as our primary entrance to our home. After calling another company (that took over 4 hours to return my call), I called Precision and was given a same day appointment. Bill was actually able to get to my house earlier than scheduled and called to confirm that was OK. Not only was he able to replace my broken spring, but he performed a thorough inspection of my garage door and was able to troubleshoot some other maintenance items that needed attention - saving me more money with potential future problems. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I was fortunate to have found Precision on line and will be using them in the future for all my garage door maintenance and repair work. I HAD A BUSY SUNDAY AND THE SPRING BROKE ON THE GARAGE DOOR. I DON'T KNOW HOW I FOUND PRECISION BUT YEARS AGO, THE FIRST TIME I NEEDED GARAGE DOOR HELP, I FOUND THEM. I HAVE HAD A STICKER WITH THEIR NUMBER NEXT TO MY OPENER SWITCH SINCE THEN. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES---SO, OF COURSE, I CALLED THEM. THEY CAME SUNDAY MORNING--HAD ME OUT OF MY GARAGE IN TIME FOR MY DAY. AND, NEXT TIME I NEED HELP I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN.

Great service and support from this company! We have a 25 yr old home, and the garage door opener began acting up, so I called for some help. We got a tune-up and new rollers first, then ended up needing a new opener system, because the keypad I had purchased at Home Depot was not functioning properly with the old opener unit. Bill and Rick did a great job getting everything working again, and have also helped us out with a couple of other minor adjustments.

I have used Precision in the past for repairs and service. This time my service call was for preventive maintenance since the doors and openers had not been serviced for 6 years. Bill, the servicer, arrived on time when scheduled. He was friendly and affable. He was efficient in performing the services and explained all that he did and the reasons for the service. The charge was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision. I will definitely continue using this company to service my garage doors and openers.

Precision is awesome! Super fast and they found a new circuit board for my 17 year old Lift Master garage door opener. It works BETTER than new. Bill also made sure everything was perfect mechanically. Reasonable price for the service provided.

I'm sold on Precision -- their technician (Bill) was prompt, professional, efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. He explained everything he did, and answered all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions -- I'm very curious). I was just sure that my garage door was on its last leg, but he tuned it up and got it running better (smoother, MUCH quieter, and without any more binding) in minutes. I'm quite sure this garage door now has several years of life left in it. But I am just as sure that when it DOES go, I will call Precision to replace it -- they have my trust and my confidence. Bill came to our home to repair the broken spring on our garage door. What a great fella. He was personable, well spoken and showed me where the problems were. Because our house is 20 year old there were worn parts. Bill replaced what needed to be replaced and nothing more. He was very professional and completed the work quickly - I was very impressed. My garage door springs broke at inconvenient moment when I wanted to leave for an appointment and my car was stuck inside unable to lift the door manually. I called in for immediate repair and unfortunately it was booked, While I was wondering whether to call other door repair contractors , Bill (Operations Manager) called me to tell that he will come by on his way home and fix it. Bill was great , explained to me what the problem was and what needs to be done. He was very professional and went out of his way to align my door properly due to poor bracket installation by the builder. We changed the rollers and now I can't even hear the garage door open. I would definitely keep Precision Doors in mind for any Garage door repairs in the future and would recommend you do to. And lastly, Bill gave me a great price on the parts and service which made it even easier to decide.

Just back from a trip; it was a Saturday. Found garage door spring broken. This was a warranty situation. Called and was immediately given the time a technician would be out. Tech assigned was in Aurora, so I was assigned one of the managers who was at my house literally within minutes of my call. The service received was very professional and way more than I expected. Bill Nashwinter was the service man that took care of my garage door and he was very knowledgeable about my door and explained what he was going to do and then DID IT! He also checked and tightened some loose hardware and also the Opener itself and explained to me that eventually the Opener will have to be replaced but not just now. I appreciated his thorough inspection and explanations and know that my door is trustworthy. Many thanks to him for taking care of my door.

This is not my first time using Precision, though there have been many years between calls! All I can say is Wow, and thank you! I called before 8 AM this morning when my garage door would not open. They had someone here by around 10 AM and the problem resolved within 1/2 hour. Fast, professional, efficient AND reasonable. How can you beat that? You are tops in my book!
