I recently had a technician from Precision Garage Door out to the house for a general preventative maintenance service call. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he also had a very professional look and attitude. Before starting the service work, he walked me through the entire process, highlighting particular areas that might be of concern. At the conclusion of the service, he gave me another walk-through outlining exactly what he did and why. He then proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of some of the general safety features and settings on my 13 year old garage door and opener that will help them operate correctly, safely, effectively, and efficiently for years to come. He never tried to sell me anything, but was very knowledgable in making recommendations on specific things I asked about. All-in-all, a fantastic experience!!

I chose Precision after reading the great reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Rick replaced the rollers, tightened the hinges and the bracket for the track, and explained everything he did. The door is much quieter and works great now. I could not be happier!

Precision was able to come out within a matter of hours of calling them when we had a spring break first thing in the morning. Technician was both very knowledgeable and efficient. He was honest and did not try to oversell things that did not need replacement. He also did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why. In addition to replacing the springs he tightened and "tuned up" the door such that it now works as good as new even though it is 15 years old.

Just as I had read before from another reviewer, Precision called me when they had a cancellation, so they were able to come a day earlier than the appointed date. Even the original appointment date was only a 2 day wait, but they literally came the day after I called them. The repaired the broken sprocket and looked over the entire garage door system and offered advice on future needs without being pushy. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them.

Precision was the only company that was able to schedule our garage door repair within 24 hours. They even called back and fit us in the same day when they had a cancellation.
