Had them come and replace a broken spring. The recommended a couple of other small items to improve performance and the garage door performs better than when it was new. Awesome service.

I recently had a technician from Precision Garage Door out to the house for a general preventative maintenance service call. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he also had a very professional look and attitude. Before starting the service work, he walked me through the entire process, highlighting particular areas that might be of concern. At the conclusion of the service, he gave me another walk-through outlining exactly what he did and why. He then proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of some of the general safety features and settings on my 13 year old garage door and opener that will help them operate correctly, safely, effectively, and efficiently for years to come. He never tried to sell me anything, but was very knowledgable in making recommendations on specific things I asked about. All-in-all, a fantastic experience!!

Precision was able to come out within a matter of hours of calling them when we had a spring break first thing in the morning. The tech was great, went over everything he was doing, then did an inspection of the entire door and left system to make sure everything else was in working order. I couldn't be more pleased.

Technician was both very knowledgeable and efficient. He was honest and did not try to oversell things that did not need replacement. He also did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why. In addition to replacing the springs he tightened and "tuned up" the door such that it now works as good as new even though it is 15 years old.

Just as I had read before from another reviewer, Precision called me when they had a cancellation, so they were able to come a day earlier than the appointed date. Even the original appointment date was only a 2 day wait, but they literally came the day after I called them. The repaired the broken sprocket and looked over the entire garage door system and offered advice on future needs without being pushy. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them.
