We had Precision install new openers when we first moved into this house and everything works great. One of the pushbutton controlers was not working well now, after 6 years, so Bill replaced that for us. He als recommended and performed some regular maintenance on the lifters, hinges, etc. and now everything works like new again. Great job, and we feel ready for winter.

Garage door would only work intermittently. I called on Monday and the technician, Zac, was here at 8:30 am the following morning He was very friendly, knowlegeable and professional. He found and explained the problem. He had the part on hand to repair the door. Less than 24 hours after I called, the door is repaired, works great and fair price.

James was dispatched and gained entrance to the inside of the garage to discover the opener unit had lived its lifespan already. He installed a new opener unit in less than an hour and the peace of mind of not being locked out or locked IN is satisfying.
