All went very well! James was great and very professional. Was surprised to find he was able to come out shortly after I called. The young woman who took the order was also very friendly and proficient. Broken spring and rollers were replaced and the creaky groaning sounds are now gone. Precision did some work on this door several years ago so that's why I called them first. So refreshing to have something go this smoothly and quickly. Now......if I could only find an auto repair shop or mobile mechanic that would be this good that could fix my Mustang!

Zac did a great job of assessing the issues quickly and presenting multiple options on how to proceed. The garage door itself needed an overhaul and the opener was struggling, so we opted to have it all done as it hadn't been serviced in at least 15 years. He completed the entire visit in about 2 hours total and everything is working great now, smooth and quiet.

I went with Precision because of seeing the TV ads and seen trucks in my neighborhood. Zac B came over to help with my broken door spring. He reviewed my situation and we both agreed the $$ better spent on a whole door replace. The following day Zac arrived and got to work. He got it all done within a few hours work, and no issues. The new door runs great and glad not to have my Frankenstein 20yr old garage door!

Our garage door would close and then immediately reopen. It wasn't happening all of the time so I cleaned the sensor cameras and looked for anything else that could be blocking the path of the garage door. I missed something and couldn't get the door to function properly. We called Bill and he immediately scheduled a time early the next morning to come and check out the problem It turns out that a few loose cobwebs were blocking the sensor. Bill checked the garage door and sensors. Bill didn't charge us a dime for his time! Talk about customer service! He also gave us tips on other issues garage doors like ours can have which is always good to know. He is a wealth of information, friendly, professional and reliable. Our garage door opener broke this morning. I contacted Precision and they had a technician scheduled to repair the door within 2 hours. Zac Bedard was able to repair and replace parts that had worn out from years of use, and he installed a new motor. The door now works well and the work was completed within four hours of my first call. He was knowledge and explained clearly what work was needed and why and readily answered questions. He is courteous and friendly. The staff at Precision Overhead Garage Doors did their job well. It was a pleasure to work with them.
