I called on Thursday eve and they scheduled an appt for the following morning. Zac was the tech and he is awesome. This company & their employees treat customers as family. Very detailed & thorough when discussing issues with your door. No pressure placed upon the customer. You are given the facts. You control the outcome. Won't use anyone else.

Garage door would only work intermittently. I called on Monday and the technician, Zac, was here at 8:30 am the following morning He was very friendly, knowlegeable and professional. He found and explained the problem. He had the part on hand to repair the door. Less than 24 hours after I called, the door is repaired, works great and fair price.

I looked for a company in my area and saw Precision listed. I called for a service appointment as garage door would not open. I tried troubleshooting on my own to no avail. James was dispatched and gained entrance to the inside of the garage to discover the opener unit had lived its lifespan already. He installed a new opener unit in less than an hour and the peace of mind of not being locked out or locked IN is satisfying.

Garage door repair. Technicians were very responsible and great customer service. A little pricey but was well worth the piece of mind knowing it was repaired so it won’t fall again. I just wish they could have installed the new opener I purchased while they were here.

He identified and fixed the problem, inspected the system, made a few adjustments and was gone within an hour for the minimum charge. What a pleasant surprise. No major problems. Our door came off it’s track and was jammed in the half open position. It was mid-afternoon on Friday. I was afraid that we would have to leave the door open overnight. Called the folks at Precision Door and they were there in two hours! Had it fixed in 30 minutes! I’ve never experienced such incredible service. Thanks, Precision.

Donavan showed up early, quickly identified the door suspension parts we needed, and explained them. He then discussed a new opener, explained the options, and I choose the opener I wanted. He then installed the suspension parts, the new opener, and programmed the remotes. He explained how to operate the new opener to my satisifaction. He was professional and knowledgleble, and very efficient. I was impressed, will call Precision again if the need arises.

Sunday Morning, Time to leave, Garage door will not open, reason broken lift Spring. We started using "Precision" in 2012 when we purchased our home, door needed repair then , again in 2015 when motor unit and spring both failed. We had no additional repairs in the follow 7 years until today. So we called Precision again. Visit was scheduled for Sunday afternoon, and James Rubesne was ID'd as our repair Tech. He called as promised to advise "on his way as scheduled" and arrived as promised. James obviously knew how to ID and repair the problem. Discussed what needed to be done with me, and the cost. of the repairs. He completed the repair and alignment process very smoothly in a reasonable period of time. Great job Done. I was glad we called Precision again.
