Excellent service! Zach was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be replaced and repaired. He showed me the broken parts and did not upsell me anything that did not need to be replaced. He was friendly and completed the job promptly. I chatted in a service/repair request yesterday. It was promptly answered by Mary. She gave me an appointment window of 10a-12p today. I got a call at 9:10 that a tech could be at my home in 10 minutes. I was also 10 minutes away so we met at 9:20. Bill met me and immediately started working on the issue. It turned out to be a simple reset of the remote and keypad but he gave me very clear instructions on what to do if it should happen next time. I wrote the instructions down and he had the door working in just a few minutes. It was almost like magic! And the best part is he didn't even charge me. I am very pleased with Precision. Very prompt. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Totally recommend

This company tried to up charge a repair on Springs!!! To bad he didn’t know I maintenance the garage fire every 3-5 years with a tune up!!! Don’t tell me the rollers need replacing after 3 years! You cost me $55 trip charge but $800 in up charges NOPE buyer beware and I fell for the YouTube video about other repair companies!!! UGH

We called this morning for the repair. A two hour same day window appointment was set for 2-4. A half an hour after we called, Bill called us and said he was in the area and could be here in 15 min. He arrived in 15 min and fixed the problem very quickly. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. Excellent work and service. I’ve recommended you in the past and will continue to do so.

Great service and support from this company! We have a 25 yr old home, and the garage door opener began acting up, so I called for some help. We got a tune-up and new rollers first, then ended up needing a new opener system, because the keypad I had purchased at Home Depot was not functioning properly with the old opener unit. Bill and Rick did a great job getting everything working again, and have also helped us out with a couple of other minor adjustments.

Travis called prior to arriving at our home. He asked about the problem and indicated what he thought the solution might be. He arrived early within the time frame of our appointment and made the adjustment. The garage door opener has worked properly since.

My entire experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I came home from work to find that my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. After a quick online search I decided to call Precision. Their customer rep(sorry, I don't remember her name) was professional and very helpful with scheduling an appt the next morning. Travis, the technician, was professional and courteous. He arrived on time, took the time to explain the issues and the options available to resolve the issues. It wasn't a pushy sales push.
