I called at 4pm. I received a confirmation call within an hour and had a technician at my home inside of 2 hours!! I really appreciate the immediate attention I received. I truly feel Precision made a huge effort to get my garage door repaired immediately. The technician was friendly, efficient, and professional. Broken Garage Door Spring Repair
The serviceman came earlier than expected which was good since my door was half open. Suggested a fix that would prevent further damage down the road. Travis was very nice and knew what he was talking about.
