Robert came out to help us this on both days. Some construction workers removing drywall broke some of the sensor wireing so he was able to get it fixed. Two days later as they were installing the new drywall they messed it up some more. Robert cut into his schedule and installed new wiring and sensers and we kept the drywall guys away from them. Robert is very good at his work and a great guy. 5 Star rating.

I had concerns about my garage door making a loud noise when opened. I saw a special ad for your inspection and wheel replacement on Amazon Local. I called and was given a very prompt appointment. Robert came out and knew exactly what was making the noise. He fixed it and replaced the wheels. The door is completely silent now. Robert was very nice, efficient, and there was no "high pressure sales" attempts. I appreciated that very much and will call Precision for any future garage door problems. The work was performed professionally and met my expectations. What was not well received was the unnecessary push for additional services and unneeded equipment. My wife handled the service call and she was pushed to replace both springs instead of the single spring that broke. On top of that the service representative tried to convince her to replace the rollers on my garage door. My house is only 4 years old, I am surprised that this additional work and equipment was sold and positioned. I felt taken advantage of.

The service that I had was the Amazon $99.00 special. Rollers were replaced with nylon ones, springs were adjusted for proper tension and all other pivot joints were lubricated. The door now sounds like new. Robert did an excellent job and was very pleasant while on site. My only disappointment was that the special did not include greasing the internal plastic gears inside my door opener. However, I am a happy customer and will recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

I had Precision replace a broken spring about 4 years ago and was completely satisfied with the same day response and service provided. Recently the door had gotten out of adjustment to the point where a cable had come off the pulley with my vehicle stuck in the garage. It is a heavy insulated door and no way I could open it. I called Precision and Bill responded that morning sooner than expected. He fully explained the problem and the work he was performing, and had it working like new in a short time. As previously, it is obvious these folks know their business. Precision provides great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I went into this service call expecting the worst - that I'd need an entire new garage door. To my delight, rather than high pressure to buy something I didn't really need, Rick explained the problem and how much (little) it would actually cost to make the repairs. He was quick, courteous, and most important, honest. When the time comes for additional repair and/or door replacement, I know I will return to Precision for the service.

We had a neighbor getting something done to their garage door and asked for a card and called. They were very quick in getting a technician out to our house.
