When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found Precision's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. In addition, Travis was one of the most personable, efficient and professional technicians we've ever had in our home. We would definitely call Precision in the future and have already recommended the company to several family members and colleagues. Thank you!

I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door break with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use Precision Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own. Needless to say, Precision Door will be my go-to from here on out. Thanks so much for your excellent service and quality products!!!

I selected Precision because I got an immediate response from a real person who scheduled an appointment on the spot. The tech was very knowledgeable, experience and efficient. The gears in the door opener needed to be replaced which was done with parts that were available on the truck.

Just when you think "customer service" is a lost art, Precision reestablished my belief that the customer is valued and respected. My experience was VERY positive and educational. The technician ,Jacob was on time, polite, professional, and most of all experienced. I had a spring above my garage door break and Jacob explained each sequence to properly repair the problem. After watching Jacob preform his duties I am relived I did not atempt this repair myself. I will recomend Precision to all family and friends and to have them ask for Jacob!. We have used Precision in the past for repair work and have been very pleased and today is no exception. I called this morning at 8:00 AM and someone was repairing our garage door by 10:30 AM. Jacob completed the job in no time at all. And, fortunately for me, Jacob was not scared off by a very enthusiastic lab who thought she had a new playmate at the door. I liked the confirmation email with the Technician's name and a picture. Additionally, it was fun to learn a little bit about his hobbies. I highly recommend Precision.

I hired Precision Garage Door from a Google search on behalf of my Mom. Her garage door would not open at all and had stopped functioning. I had asked the receptionist to have the tech call before arriving, which Bill did, confirming his plan of action when he got there. Upon arrival, my Mom indicated he was friendly, dressed professionally, knowledgeable and respectful. He called me to discuss repair options. Honestly, it's always a gamble when selecting a company without a personal referral - but I can say without hesitation - this company met and exceeded my expectation of service and knowledge.
