I had my garage door opener and track mechanism break on a Sunday trapping both of our cars in the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and they were able to get someone out within 2 hours. The technician Greg was extremely competent and great to work with. He had a new opener and track installed within another 2 hours. We are very happy with the service provided by Greg and Precision Garage Doors. I highly recommend this company for any garage door work.

Greg came out to replace our broken spring. He was prompt and very informative. Changed both springs which he advised. The door is so quiet, seems to open and close so much better. Although after leaving, I noticed a gap under one side of the door like it wasn't level, I call the office and they sent Greg back after his current call. Greg said it was a minor adjustment and proceeded to fix. He did in about 3min, awesome job! Thanks to your company and the fine service you provide.

Precision Door Service was everything it promised to be. Two hours after calling, Greg was at my door, analyzed the problem plus a couple I didn't see, fixed everything and my garage door was quiet and good as new within an hour. I could not ask for better service!

I called on a Tuesday afternoon at around 5, the receptionist was very professional, took the information needed, type of door and what was wrong and was able to get me an appointment the next day first thing in the morning. Greg showed up right on time, quickly resolved the problem and I gave him the go ahead to repair. Without any time lost, parts were on the truck and the job was done. He even identified another possible problem on my other door that will need to be addressed sometime in the future. I will definitely stay with Precision Garage Door! Thank you Greg!

Rick was amazing at how well he got my banged up, crooked and squeaky garage door working like new in no time! I was glad I got a pro who knew what he is doing! He showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained my options and was honest about what I could do to fix the problem. The gentleman came back that evening after tending to his other appointments and getting the parts he needed and finished it up. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the employee that was at my house, but he was very honest and courteous. I assumed I would have to replace the door opener, but he stated that he could repair the chain and purchase of a new opener wasn't necessary at this time. 5 Stars.
