My garage door was not functioning and I wasn’t sure why. Turns out my spring broke, so I had one car stuck inside and one car stuck outside. I had used another company in the past, but they were always late. I saw a commercial for Precision that they work wkends and don’t charge extra for this service, so I called and got same-day service! The technician was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He replaced my springs and gave me an idea of cost and timeframe of next-steps, which is helpful for budgeting. Spending money on these types of repairs is never fun, but he made it a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I chose this company because they respond to calls at anytime. My “emergency “ was on a Sunday afternoon. Got garage door up but wouldn’t close. Great service, very quick response by phone. James The technician that called me back walked me thru some things and we determined that a wire was broken. He advised me how to get the door down and I scheduled an on-site visit for the following morning. Garret the technician who came out called prior to his arrival. He was prompt and resolved my broken wire issue quickly. He didn’t try to “upsell” me and answered my questions in a courteous and professional manner. My garage door now works perfectly. My thanks to everyone for outstanding service!!

Donavon was a very helpful installer. I needed to replace my entire garage door as it buckled in the middle and wouldn't open or close. He quoted me the cost and then helped me get the old door open to get my car out and then ensured that it was closed until the new one could be installed. He was always early for the appointments, after calling to verify it was ok. I will definitely use Precision again if I ever need to.

After another company struggled for weeks with a solution for my very heavy, wood faced door I called Precision on a Saturday AM. The first positive part of this experience was their availability. We were able to book a service call for our broken garage door spring between 4-6 PM, from a call made at noon the same day. Bobby showed up promptly at 4 PM (after a 20 minute heads up call) and could not have been more professional or friendly. He thoroughly outlined our repair options giving us three pricing tiers to choose from but there was never any pressure or "hard sell". His clear/concise information made it easy to choose and the job was then completed promptly with great advice on how to keep our door better serviced in the future. The door now works much more smoothly and quietly than when it was originally installed. This entire service experience was exceptional from start to finish and we will definitely be recommending Precision to neighbors and friends!

I’ve known about precision garage quality living in the SF Bay Area. So when our door stop midway when we opened it We release the door pull cord to close it and I called(chat text) the Denver area Precision They set up appointment for next morning When the original tech was going to be delayed at his first appointment Bill the office manager showed up to cover for him Bill did a primary check found the problem and fix it We plan on replacing the motor unit next spring and Bill gave the information I needed have it done. I going to call Precision when we’re ready because I trust them base on how I was treated by Bill????

I called Precision for a broken door spring as my wife's car was stuck inside. It sure is nice when a company gets you in fast, shows up on time and knows what they are doing. Precision's work was fast and skillful and before they started, gave me a quote and explained the estimate. They patched the spring to quickly get my wife's car out, then did the repair. Very impressed with the speed and knowledge of the tech.

I called this morning with a broken spring and Tom was repairing my door within 2 hours. He was he fast and efficient in his replacement of the springs. He also recognized defects made in the original installation. There were frozen spring bearings, a broken hinge, and door runner wheels that were worn because they had no bearings. The spring support bar was too high resulting in mechanical stress to door movement. A track support bar needed to be stabilized. He was personable and explained what repairs were needed and why. He had the tools, parts and expertise to correct those defects. This is the first time that the garage door has fit flush with the floor. I suspect that repairs saved me from having to replace the door.
