It is so refreshing to meet a worker that knows customer service. The young man that came to my house, I think he said Mark, was so helpful and knowledgeable about what to do with my door. It shows that your company not only trains their employees the business of application but customer service. Some employees have a natural ability in customer service that you don't get in training, and that was this young man. He fulfilled all the qualifications for an excellent employee.

Have used you in the past with great results. Two broken springs and other parts left the door inoperable. Marc diagnosed the problem in minutes and completed the needed overhaul faster than I thought possible. Marc provided great customer service . Gave us options and kept us informed. Mark Hudson was at my home by 10am, put the door on its tracks and we discussed repair cost verses replacement cost. It made since to go with a new door and opener, they were installed on Thursday. Jessie was terrific! He provided prompt and thorough service. He was quickly able to determine the problem with my garage door and proceeded to fix it. He tested the the garage door operation several times to make sure the problem was resolved before he left. He also explained upgrade options, which I will probably pursue in order to have a more permanent fix. Very professional!

Garage door would only work intermittently. I called on Monday and the technician, Zac, was here at 8:30 am the following morning He was very friendly, knowlegeable and professional. He found and explained the problem. He had the part on hand to repair the door. Less than 24 hours after I called, the door is repaired, works great and fair price.

Wonderful experience. Called on a Sunday and Garrett came a few hours later. Our spring snapped and car was stuck in the garage. He did an awesome job, the price options and breakdown were straightforward, and he even helped explain/fix our keypads not working since we bought our home recently. PDS sent a technician out in under 24 hours, James was efficient & personable, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, had the parts on hand and resolved the problem in less than an hour. Our old garage door came out of its tracks and separated into many pieces. A neighbor recommended PDS and a technician inspected the damage the next day. He found that the door panels were still good and proposed replacing the damaged and worn out parts instead of installing a new door. This would save a substantial amount of time and money. He finished the replacement the next morning to my complete satisfaction.

Awesome service, and reasonable price. Repair guy not only fixed my broken door, he straightened the tracks and tightened bolts that were interfering with the door operation and replaced the rollers so the old metal door doesn’t sound like Armageddon when it opens.
