My garage door broken on Saturday and I couldn't leave that way all weekend. I Googled garage door repair and Precision Garage Door came up. I called and the person that answered the phone (sorry I don't remember her name) was very nice and helpful. She told me that they could get someone out to me between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. I received a call at about 20 minutes to 12:00 from Bobby stating he was on his way. Bobby arrived and looked over my door problem, I asked him if he could fix it. And he stated yes, he gave the prices for his service(very reasonable) and started working. I took him right around an hour to complete the job. He had me test the door and it worked perfect. I will call them again with any of my garage needs.

My specialist arrived and easily assessed the problem as a few loose bolts. He corrected the situation, didn't charge for the few minutes, and explained the future preventative maintenance. I expect we will see them again for a PM.

I waited until Monday to call for repair of my garage door opener. 24x7 access is incredible, and I called at 7 a.m. on Monday. Technician available the same day, and he arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes. AND, did not charge me, as the issue was mostly owner-error!

I had the technician come out to fix the opener (it was not working correctly). He was able to do that but unfortunately, found repairs needed on the door. It was more than I was planning on spending, however, he gave me 3 different options and costs for repair and was able to complete the work in a timely manner.

Don’t use these guys. They come out, overcharge, leave parts and leave your door worse than they found it. My spring was replaced but now the door gaps on the side, occasionally pops, and sometimes refuses to close going up over and over. I emailed and called to complain, nobody cares. I was told the owner would call, he didn’t, I’ve had the problems unresolved since February

Good job josh.works better,not twisted anymore.i will consider your proposal on a new unit in my resrarch.Im in sales ,just a recommendation just tweek your labor process estimate just a hair and let the customer know what the price is after the service fee before the work begins and that will eliminate the hassle of your potential customer disagreeing with the labor cost you asked for after the work was compleated.upfront always seems to work well is my understanding.for the time Josh worked on my door and the price he charged i am super happy with the service and the price .Thanks again Ed BLoodworth.
