Second time I had Tyler work on my garage door. First time he replaced the key pad and programmed it for me. This time he replaced the rollers, Springs and Cables. Told me what needed done the three options I had. Explain to me how long it would take, the guarantee. Very professional. 100% would recommend Precision garage door co.

He came on time and fix the door. He said the springs were about to brake and other parts did not past the test.I ask about replacement parts and said the door was to old no parts The panel on the door is not in good. The door need to be replaced. This cost me $140.00 and the door might brake or would not open or get stuck open replacement $1000.00 along that line. Ater he fix it and then said the stuff about might not work dd not leave me with good feeling

Zac was on time and quickly figured out the problem with my garage door system. He explained what the issue was and why it had happened. He was friendly and courteous. I like that Precision Door Service sends an email in advance, telling you who is going to arrive and even sending a photo of the technician. The service call price was reasonable. I will certainly call Precision Door again!

Called around 2:30 on a Saturday as the flimsy hardware on my garage door had broken causing a panel to disengage. They were there in the two hour window they gave me and put some sturdy hardware on all the hinged parts of the door. All done by 6:15. Very personable and professional and they use quality parts. Won't call anyone else in the future.

I called one day and was able to book an appointment for the same week on the day and time I wanted. Tyler called to say he was on his way and showed up at the beginning of the window. I needed my garage door repaired and he did a great job. It works perfectly and quietly now. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. Great customer service as well as great technical service.

My garage door had some serious issues...wouldn't open all the way and was making an awful noise so I called Precision Door Service. I called in the morning and they came out the same day (within 3 hours). I was given a 2 hour window and the technician showed up within that time. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and FAST. It turned out that it had a broken spring and hadn't been serviced in 17 years (my fault) so James Rubesne was my hero and gave it a complete overhaul and was done in no time. Thank you Precision & James!

I don't remember why I chose Precision initially, but I do know that as long as Bill remains with Precision, I will be using them and recommending them . What a nice, knowledgeable, and helpful guy! Can't say enough about how patient, pleasant and accommodating this man has been whenever I have a questions about my garage door. Bill rode his bike over on a Saturday to install an outdoor opener on his first visit, then returned a year or so later to re-code it after I had messed it up. Living alone and not being at all mechanically savvy, I am forced to rely on people who have these "gifts" and then just hope they are honest. He's got it all! THANK YOU!

Fantastic service. Zac was amazing. He went thru a lot of work trying to salvage a failing opener - and I truly appreciated his efforts. In the end, we had to replace the opener (it was old) and Zac did it quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and helpful. Total satisfaction on my end.

Our double car garage door would not move up or down. I tried the manual method to move it but could not. So I called Precision and they were able to send out a technician out same day! The technician immediately found the problem, a broken spring, and within 1 hour he had the door repaired. The door works now like it was almost brand new. Thank you Precision.

Chose this company based on reviews and ratings from the internet and we were not disappointed. They were able to come out within 3 hours after I called to make an appointment. My wife called James out to look into odd noises that the our still-under-warranty door was making that they installed last year. James was very thorough, and kept at it until he saw that the bolts holding the opener to the garage roof had one nut that was almost entirely off the bolt, and the other 3 needed tightening. He also checked and reset the where the door would begin and end the opening/closing cycle. James also lubed the door and answered all my questions about which pieces had relative motion for purposes of lubrication with the remainder of the spray lube he left with me. We didn't quite get rid of the squeaking but the loud "ding" just when the door finishes closing is gone (probably due to the bolts not being tight the door was applying too much pressure when it hit the bottom and one of those loose bolts made a "ding" noise...). So James gets 5 stars for a great attitude and professional demeanor, and especially for finding the problems with where the stops were set and the loose bolts (probably related in my mind). The company itself gets a lower rating, my advice to them would be to apply some "Lock Tite" or similar product so nuts installed less than a year ago wouldn't leave customers in a situation where the drive motor might fall on a vehicle. Overall though, both the original installer and James were great guys. The company just needs to adopt practices to prevent fasteners from coming undone.

First of all, it was a good idea to tell me ahead of time the name of your technician who would be coming to fix our garage door. That way, when the phone call came and Zach's name showed up on the screen, I knew it was him calling to let me know he was on his way. He was cordial and had the problem fixed very quickly. .

My neighbor recommended Precision Door Service to me. They scheduled my service the same day, which was very convenient.
