I had two older openers that needed replaced. It started of very good and i was very happy until the end when the tech said it wasn't his or their job to help connect the internet, cars or the remotes. I was happy to pay $2400, but can't believe that's what the owners expect. I'm not going to give you a low score because doubt this is reflective of the company. The tech did rushingly help connect my phone.

Precision Door was great! We had a broken spring and they were able to give me a quote on the phone and come out the same day. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Really appreciate that the pricing was the same as quoted. Have had experience with other companies that tell you a different price when they show up and just want to try and sell you a new door. Our technician was very honest about what we needed to replace and even tuned up the rest of our door. Definitely recommend them!

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Bobby Rubesne. Bobby was friendly, courteous, and informative about our broken torsion spring problem. Giving us several options, we just chose to replace the spring and ATL center bearing - as the other parts were still serviceable, even though about 25 years old. He said t he repairs would take about 30 minutes, but was hrough in about 15-20 minutes. He called before showing up as requested so I could put up our show dogs, giving us enough time as we our in our 70s and crippled.

We were very pleased with the repair to our garage door. The repairman Zach was very professional and extremely polite. It opens very quietly now compared to what it had been. He replaced several rollers and springs and other things and I will say it was all done much faster than I expected. My 30 year old garage door finally gave out so I called Precision and Zac came out to assess the situation. He gave me the facts about my old door and I decided to replace it. Zac helped me pick the door that fit my needs and we set up a time for him to come and replace the door. He called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointed time and arrived ready to go to work. Zac is a pro and went right to work. He finished the job in the amount of time that he estimated and everything was cleaned up including the old door and the rails and springs. I am completely satisfied with the new door and the the work involved in installing it. I highly recommend Precision and Zac. George Austin

Tyler was our repairman. He called in advance, made arrangements to get started before I returned home, and explained the issues thoroughly as we went along. Repairs were made quickly and neatly, options were explained clearly with no pressure, and all was wrapped up a 2 hours. We would definitely call Precision again and would hope that Tyler would be "our guy".
