I called Precision when my garage door wouldn't open on Saturday morning. They were able to provide a repair window that was within 2 hours of my call. On the phone they asked if an earlier time came available would that be acceptable and I let them know it would be. Within 20 minutes I received a call from Tom stating he could be at my house within 10 minutes. Tom arrived promptly and finished the replacement of the spring and bearings quickly allowing me to get on with my day.

I called & was placed on a not very long hold. Rep was professional & friendly. Bobby was my service person. He was also professional & friendly. We purchased a new garage door and controller in 2010 from a different company. In the past few years, we have had Precision come out to perform maintenance and repair, having found them on the internet. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. This time, our remote controller was working inconsistently despite a new battery. Bobby from Precision arrived right on time, and after eliminating the variables that might be causing the problem (not wanting to sell us something we didn't need), he determined that we needed a new Liftmaster opener and controllers. He thoroughly tested the new equipment (as did I, from my car), and we are very pleased.

I've used Precision Door twice now when my garage door wouldn't close. I found them online & they had good reviews. My own experience is that their service call charge is extremely reasonable, and their employees are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful - I learned a lot that I didn't know from both times, which might help prevent future service calls. To me, that's the mark of an ethical company; one that helps educate its clients rather than keeping the knowledge to itself in order to drum up repeat business. I'm really glad I found this firm.

Good job josh.works better,not twisted anymore.i will consider your proposal on a new unit in my resrarch.Im in sales ,just a recommendation just tweek your labor process estimate just a hair and let the customer know what the price is after the service fee before the work begins and that will eliminate the hassle of your potential customer disagreeing with the labor cost you asked for after the work was compleated.upfront always seems to work well is my understanding.for the time Josh worked on my door and the price he charged i am super happy with the service and the price .Thanks again Ed BLoodworth.
