Precision Door Service was everything it promised to be. Two hours after calling, Greg was at my door, analyzed the problem plus a couple I didn't see, fixed everything and my garage door was quiet and good as new within an hour. I could not ask for better service!

Precision responded within an hour and half from the time I called. The job was completed within an hour after that. The technician (Bill Nashwinter) was informitive, efficient, and courteous. Precision performed a new opener (motor) install 8 yrs. ago (w/keypad,etc.). Same great service; which is why I called them again this time. The cost, I felt was very reasonable. In this day and age of corporate monopolies, it's good to have a local (franchise) company with great personal sevice and products. I hope I don't "NEED" them again but I'm certainly glad they were there now and I would stongly recommend them to anyone who does!

Greg was on time, went right to the point of telling me the prices to replace the broken spring, gave me additional suggestions and then we agreed on what to fix. He was done, the door opener readjusted and gone in no time.

Wow - tom was our technician today. He called and said exactly what time he would be here and he was. I called on a Tuesday afternoon at around 5, the receptionist was very professional, took the information needed, type of door and what was wrong and was able to get me an appointment the next day first thing in the morning. Greg showed up right on time, quickly resolved the problem and I gave him the go ahead to repair. Without any time lost, parts were on the truck and the job was done. He even identified another possible problem on my other door that will need to be addressed sometime in the future. I will definitely stay with Precision Garage Door! Thank you Greg!

I had my garage door repaired recently. They did both spring repair and roller replacements. I think the repair tech was very knowledgeable and the garage door is working better than ever. Both schedulers and techs are professional and friendly. My only negative comment is that my repair was scheduled for between noon and 2 and repairman did not arrive until after scheduled time.

I would give Precision 10 starts if it was an option. The technicians, the service and the final result after a routine check of our two garage doors was excellent--far beyond the norm for service. The techs are very knowledgeable, tidy as they work, show superior workmanship and know exactly what needs to be done. They are either a few minutes early or right on time, but called before they came to make sure we were home. I can't say enough great things about Precision. I just wish other businesses cared as much about their customers as Precision. I'm a customer for life. Thanks!!!!

The tech was on time and very courteous. Called because of faulty garage door opener the tech reprogrammed it and checked the door itself and did not charge me. Explained why and left. Very pleased. Would really recommend not because of the no charge but they no what their doing. Thank you so much
