Can't say enough good about these guys. Bobby was knowledgeable and very professional. My door wouldn't open more than a foot then would stop. Knowing it wasn't a sensor problem I called Precision and Bobby found that my opener gears were off track. He adjusted them and the opener seems to work fine. While I may need a new opener soon, mine is 20 years old, there was no high pressure sales to get a new one then. Fast and efficient.

Garage door was stuck. Called on a Sunday morning, gave me an appointment for that afternoon, which was great. They called an hour later, saying they would have a technician out to us within the hour! Technician showed up, replaced the 2 springs and we were good to go. Perfect! Highly recommend!

I called Precision because the very old spring on my manual garage door snapped. I was amazed that within 1.5 hours a tech was at my door. The technician who came out was Bobby Rubesne. He was super informative and honest. He explained all the details of the spring repair with cost and gave me information on an automatic system. He definitely made me feel better and more informed. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make my manual door automatic instead. He was able to do the repair right away and within a few hours I had a new (safer) spring system and an automatic door. After 4 years of using the manual door I am so incredibly happy to just push a button to open my garage. I highly recommend Precision and Bobby because I feel like they were quick, efficient and honest.

Our tech was amazing and so very helpful. I am so sorry that I don't remember his name....but he's from Miami. (Please thank him for us.) He called to see if he could arrive early. We happily said 'yes'. Our garage door went 'wonky' and would only go up a little bit. Both of our remote openers went 'wonky', too. He did exceptional work in a short amount of time. The fee for service was a great value. Will absolutely use this company again for our garage door needs.

WOW, I just got robbed. I've been using this company for about 12 years. Service in the passed was reasonable and good work, no complaints. So just had a spring brake which was covered under the 5 year warranty. James came out and during inspection he found that the center spring being ($69), the garage end bearing set ($199), the end drums ($199), nylon roller wheels ($199), needed replacement. Now knowing any better I agreed to a $600 bill. Curious, I decided to look up all the parts replaced on Amazon, 2 drums ($13), roller wheels set ($13), 2 end bearing plates ($11), and steel bearing for the springs ($8) for a grand total of $45. I feel like a total idiot but I had no idea what the parts cost, the mark up for parts was a complete rip off. Buyer be ware. Never Again.

I picked you guys because you were the first one I saw on my Google search for garage repair Littleton. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. Robert was very polite and fixed my garage quickly. I made my appointment at 9:45 and the garage was fixed by 11:30! I loved the fast and responsive service. My only complaint is the price, I knew I was paying more than I would if I'd gone with another company but to pay almost $300 more was a little hard to swallow. I had the springs, rollers, pulleys, and cables replaced on my garage door.

Precisions communication is awesome! I got an appointment the same day I called. I was quoted a time but they were able to come out earlier. The service guy came out and fixed my problem. Didn't have to wait so long for a appointment, Did a great job, fixed it within an hour. Track had come off and caused the bolts to break away from the wall and broke both lift Cables. Happy with the work that was done.

I have used Precision Garage Doors for a couple of years. I always get great service from them. 2 years ago they told me my rollers had a few years left. Today they broke- they were right! I called them and they came out 5 hours later without any emergency call fee. Now that is service for you!!! Great guys, great service, great company!!!!

Bobby was our repairman on 2/3/21 at 8/am. He was finished and removed all of the replaced parts by 9/am. He was very polite and explained everything that he was doing and what he was replacing. If we ever need anything done to our garage door I would ask for Bobby.

Very happy. Called about noon, got appointment for 2-4 same day. Technician called at 2 and arrived at 2:15. Identified the problem, replaced the springs and was gone before 3. It just doesn't get any better.
