Quick and friendly service but did not solve our issue. I live in a newer home with a side-mount garage door opener for a single-car garage. The technician recommended I contact Ankmar Door Service or Overhead door to resolve my issue because Precision Door does not have the expertise to work on side mount openers. Again, friendly service.... but I was left feeling like I wasted $75.00 on a service fee which resulted in just being referred to more capable companies.

The technician did a great job. On time and efficient. My main complaint is that they are much more expensive that other companies. I needed to get the repair done so I sucked it up. Just be aware.

Bobby was on time, very knowledgeable, and got us taken care of. I would recommend Precision to anyone! We had a broken spring and we decided to replace them all and upgrade to their full service package to get everything tuned up. It was about a 2 hour service, and our garage door has never been this quiet!

We had our garage door opener installed by precision door service, several years ago. On Saturday the bracket that connect the opener to the garage door, broke. We called precision and they came out the next day, which was a Sunday. There was no additional charge for a Sunday service call and our technician (bobby)was cheerful, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He replaced the bracket and was done in a very short time. We felt the price was reasonable for what was done and the new bracket is much more heavy duty than the original one. We will definately use precision door service anytime we need repairs or replacement of a garage door in the future.

I had Precision come out in 2019 and was totally satisfied. I made a note to have them back in 2 years for a tune-up and check my springs. The pandemic interfered but I was ready to have them back in summer 2022. I phoned yesterday and voila! Today a technician arrived at beginning of "window" of arrival. Professional. Efficient. Said springs were in good shape still (I would have no idea) but cautioned that they eventually will fail. If they do, he was very clear as to what I should do and walked me through the various scenarios and what to expect. Felt he respected me (single, older female homeowner) and did not see me as someone to scam. So happy!

Our door came off it’s track and was jammed in the half open position. It was mid-afternoon on Friday. I was afraid that we would have to leave the door open overnight. Called the folks at Precision Door and they were there in two hours! Had it fixed in 30 minutes! I’ve never experienced such incredible service. Thanks, Precision.

Fantastic service and honest pricing! When the spring broke on our garage door I thought it would be at least a week before we could get it fixed. A friend recommended Precision. I called that afternoon and the next day the worker contacted us about a half hour from the house, he arrived on time, gave a very fair estimate and was finished with the entire job in 90 minutes. It was absolutely as good as that type of experience (something breaks and you need to call a contractor) can be!

While cleaning my garage on a Saturday I damaged the sensors. I googled and called Precision door service. Sunday morning Bobby arrived. He was very polite and explained everything that was going on with my system. He even fixed and repaired other items that was wrong. A friend’s garage door was stuck open and when she made calls for immediate service she was quoted astronomical “emergency” prices. She called Precision and was told they do not charge that way. She chose them and was very pleased with their work and service. So, when my garage door remote stopped functioning I also called Precision. They were able to find a time slot for the same afternoon. However, within the hour I received a call from Bill and he took me through troubleshooting my remote, as well as programming/pairing a new one. Back in business! Donavan showed up early, quickly identified the door suspension parts we needed, and explained them. He then discussed a new opener, explained the options, and I choose the opener I wanted. He then installed the suspension parts, the new opener, and programmed the remotes. He explained how to operate the new opener to my satisifaction. He was professional and knowledgleble, and very efficient. I was impressed, will call Precision again if the need arises.
