Had a repairman, Marc Hudson, out to our place within 24 hours - on a weekend even! Although only a spring broke, I decided to get the full tune-up and glad I did. The door moves up and down with a lot less noise, and I presume less effort. Marc was very pleasant and was happy to explain everything he was doing. I'm very pleased with the job Marc did.

The worst thing is for your garage door to break on a holiday weekend! Or so you would think! However, Mark, the Precision Tech, arrived at our house in about 2 hours.
