Made an appointment for my garage door that would only open halfway. If course as soon as I made the appointment the garage door started working properly. However, they still came out. I received a prompt phone call with a heads up and he even asked if I needed anything to drink from the gas station! He came and helped reset our keypad and taught me how to do it. I was expecting a tiny fee for them making the trip out but we weren't even charged anything! We will continue to use this company in the future!

Our garage door spring broke early in the morning. We contacted Precision Door Service and within a couple hours Zac arrived to evaluate the necessary door repair. Zac provided a thorough evaluation, explained his recommendations and provided additional details on future preventive maintenance. Zac was extremely professional, knowledgable and efficient during the visit. His outstanding job replacing both springs, pulley/bearings and lift cables within approximately one hour got us up and running. He also provided recommendations on door lift systems for future replacement, as needed.. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and Zac's expertise/support.

Exceptional service. Called to get an appointment to fix a broken censor. Arrival of technician within 90 minutes. Called to provide his ETA, was exceptionally professional, got right to work, identified and fixed my issue! He was very thorough in his evaluation of our door, adjusted the other sensor to avoid another similar situation in the near future and reattached a piece of the weather stopping that was loose. Inspected and greased our doors and completed all his tasks with the hour. Tested the doors for me to inspect prior to completing his visit. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them in the future

When I purchased this house 15 years ago, the seller specifically mentioned our garage door and how good Precision was. We also had their sticker above our opener. We screwed up our door by mistake and needed help. Precision came out next day and our repairman was so fast and thorough. He got us fixed up enough to get us through until we can get a full replacement completed. I was EXTREMELY impressed. I would and will recommend Precision to anybody that needs garage door work.

Precision came on a Saturday and within 2 hours of my call. Nick was extremely professional and fixed our garage door so it functioned again. It is old and defiantly needs to be replaced. Nick helped service my broken garage door today. I have used Precision in the past and have been pleased with the service. I was incredibly impressed today with all parts of the process. I called as soon as my door broke this morning, Sheri helped me set up the appointment (they had same day availability), and then the tech Nick was able to come early, which was great. He was incredibly polite and professional, and clearly walked me through what he found and what my options were. To have all of this happen and be resolved within the same half of one day is impressive! We will continue to use Precision for all of our future needs. We ended up replacing springs, cables, some bearings, and rollers. Thanks for a great experience!

We had a sticker of your business by our garage door opener and we guessed that you had repaired the garage door previous to our owning the house. Not knowing another garage door service, we called you. You repairmen were able to come out the next morning, which was nice since we couldn't get the car out of the garage. James and Lucas came out and surveyed the problem, gave us an estimate, and fixed the broken spring and replaced some old parts, all in a matter of about an hour. They were very knowledgable of all the working parts of the garage door opener and they were very professional and personable. We feel like we got very good service. Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend you and we will use you again if and when needed.

Getting my appointment online was easy the morning after our garage door spring broke! Very easy! I chatted online with a tech and set up the appointment with ease. An appointment window was available in one hour! I was excited! As the chat was ending, I asked, "approximately how much will this cost?" The answer came back "depending on the spring you need, it will be btw $200 and $289. I enthusiastically said, "Let's DO IT!" The technician came right on time and Zac was very pleasant, very professional and knew exactly how to replace our broken garage door springs. It was all finished in less that 45 minutes!! The zinger came when (at the beginning of the job) I was told that the job was going to cost $850!! One of our vehicles was stuck in the garage and I didn't want to then have to call someone else to come fix my door and give me another estimate. Could I have said, "Hell no!"? Yes. But I felt that I had been tricked. So I LOVE that our door is fixed, but the answer to my online chat question could have been a little more honest. I suspect the online tech knew exactly what he/she was doing. There's no way they thought I was asking how much a SPRING costs. They knew full-well that I was asking what the entire job was going to cost. Can you say, "OUCH!!!"?? :-(
